I purchased the Theia Full Body Red Light Therapy Mat and it has failed within a short period of use. The top section stopped working, and the mat now shows visible signs of overheating, including warping and burn-like damage.

This raises serious concerns about the safety and durability of the product, especially given it is used directly on the body.

Attempts to contact customer service did not result in any meaningful support or resolution, which is very disappointing.

For the price paid, this product does not meet acceptable standards of quality or safety.

I would not recommend this product.

If I could leave less of a one star, I would. I truly think this is a fraud company.Their email on their website and their phone number is not valid. I had to dispute with my credit card company when I couldn't get in touch with the customer service team to find out what the delay was on my unit. Very questionable for the cost of these machines that they don't have the ability to update information on the website. Literally, the email bounced back as invalid. And the phone number is no good. Do not buy from this company ever. I was able to get my money back. I feel like this is nothing but a total scam.

2320 LED's (660nm and 850nm) order 1377 red light therapy mat was defective and stayed on all day and burned the plastic and inner felt layer. (i sent pictures). It could have caused a fire (luckily i came home). I have repeatedly contacted customer service from Oct ‘24 to Mar ‘25 and have not received a satisfactory reply. I am not sure if the company is reputable

Please be careful as this company’s products of aesthetics red light therapy are not up to the industry standard. The products are made in China but marketed using a US company. Their website is misleading. I bought a neck and chest red light therapy for over CAD200 and I had to follow up twice and got the product delivered almost 10 days late. The product was not branded and did not come with a user’s
guide. The material and the LED light was cheap and moreover, there was a big battery that is magnetized, which has to be fitted on to actual material and you have to place it on your chest, which is a grave safety issue as active power component is by the heart. I have written to them, asking for a refund and an address to ship the product to them, but have not received any reply. I feel strongly that this matter needs to be accelerated to a government body as this company is selling products might not meet safety compliance standards.
