I placed an order on the 5th Oct for a large order value of over £1200.00. I have send two requests on your "contact us" page on your website and had no response.
We have had electricians booked to fit these lights on various occasions and had to cancel them as the lights have yet to arrive. As per the website it states I will send a tracking number once the order has been processed, which we haven't received either. Your telephone number on the website in also invalid and a bogus address. If I am not contacted in the next couple of days I am taking this further.
Please respond with a matter of urgency of a delivery date. We ordered these lights on the 5th Oct and website states 7-15 days after processing. Processing of the order in the UK is usually 1-3 days. So please confirm where these goods are coming from. If they are not delivered by the end of the week I want a full refund.

Good lights, quick delivery and fantastic customer service department.
A disappointing experience
I had a disappointing experience with TheHouseLights and would not recommend them based on their lack of transparency and inadequate customer service. My order was delayed by weeks without any proactive updates from the company, and the tracking numbers provided were incorrect or unusable. Their advertised phone number doesn’t work. Despite repeated inquiries, I was only given vague responses blaming their shipping partner, which was frustrating and unhelpful given they clearly set out their delivery policy on their website. I wouldn’t have bought from them in the first place if I’d have known that they don’t hold themselves accountable to their own delivery policy.
When my items finally arrived, I no longer needed them due to the delivery delay. I can’t comment on the quality of the items as I didn’t open the boxes. The return process has been unnecessarily difficult, and I'm expected to cover the return shipping costs of over £70, even though the delay was entirely on their end and I told them weeks before the items arrived that I wanted to cancel delivery. Despite asking for fair support in this matter, the company refused to take any accountability.
Overall, the experience has been one of disappointment and frustration. I hope TheHouseLights improves its customer service, communication and delivery processes but, based on my experience, I would recommend potential buyers proceed with caution. Go elsewhere.

Really happy with our Nordic ceiling lights (we bought two for Scandinavian-themed bedrooms with lower ceilings). Thinking of getting a third for a downstairs bedroom. Great service, fast delivery, thank you!
Lovely light with super service
We specifically chose this light for our new kitchen and found the ease of ordering was great. Communication was helpful and prompt through the transaction and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
End to end great experience and excellent goods
I recently purchased 12-ligt two-tier sputnik opal globe chandelier. Item arrived super quick and quality is great. Light looks way more expensive than the price paid, received many compliments. From order to delivery I had a great experience dealing with the House Lights. Can highly recommend the light also.

Excellent service and quality products. Before purchasing, I checked their delivery policy and saw that items could ship from the UK or overseas. I reached out to confirm delivery times and stock availability, and the customer service team provided a clear estimate. Despite some items coming from overseas, the quality is outstanding. Super light, efficient service, quick delivery
Super, efficient service - our light arrived promptly on schedule. This was important to us as a new kitchen was being installed and it had to fit in with the electrician being on site. We are very pleased with the light, looking even better in situ than we expected!
We love our giant dandelion sputnik…
We love our giant dandelion sputnik light. It is a talking point whenever anyone comes to the house. It took us a couple of hours to build it, as it came as a kit, but it was not difficult and the electricians had no problem hanging it.

The process from ordering to delivery was very quick and easy. When it arrived it was better than I had hoped and have shared what it looks like on my Instagram account as I live it so much.
Chandelier centrepiece
Bought a beautiful chandelier which arrived promptly and well packaged. The light is absolutely stunning and we have had so many comments about it. I would definitely recommend and buy from again.
Stupidly Long Delivery Time
The goods were fine but they were ordered in early September and took almost a whole month to arrive with no way of tracking them until they had cleared customs. If you need your lights with a short lead time this is NOT the place to shop.

Should have listened to the reviews! Horrible experience, have been waiting a month for my light to arrive. Once it was finally dispatched, which I had to chase several times, it has somehow become lost in transit with Evri. Very disappointing considering I’ve waited all that time for dispatch. I have paid £350 for this light and the company have no proper customer service contacts apart from an email which takes days for a response.
Also very convenient that the website quotes a contact number for the courier “incase” your item “happens” to get lost. Seems like this is a very common problem with this company.

Awful experience with this shoddy…
Awful experience with this shoddy company. Items are shipped from abroad with no indication of this on the website. I cancelled my order before delivery but the company did not divert the light and it was left outside my home. I am now battling via PayPal to get a full refund. Shipping took over a month. Return has been at my expense. If they were reputable they would be transparent on their website
Update: I4.10.24 I now have my refund via PayPal but the company keeps emailing me to change my review. Scoundrels

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. Poor quality, overpriced lights, some items took weeks to arrive (and this was not shown when ordered). When they did arrive (4weeks later) I no longer needed them so asked to return for a refund. They do not want me to send the item back (as it came from Hong Kong) and have told me cut the wires and send a photo!!! So now the light fitting and all its polystyrene packaging will end up in landfill! No consideration for the planet whatsoever!! still waiting for a refund too. Wish I’d have read the reviews before ordering.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
This company is awful. They keep promising you a refund but never send it. Keep showing you transfers from Hong Kong and keep blaming your credit card company. Firstly, if they are a UK company why are they sending the money paid for goods to Hong Kong, are they evading taxes or what’s the set-up. They are trading in the UK - very odd set-up. STAW AWAY…. Too much hassle I every level, be it returns, be it getting your money back. My lights were £176+ still no refund its been months.
