I loved the company and supported it in its initial year..got two beds..bedsheets..mattress protectors..customer service was always top notch…but since last year i dunnoe what has happened but this company has been completely abandoned or something…since i already have 2 bed , i needed bedsheets..placed an order..never delivered..tried contacting customer service..no reply..contacted em on insta..no reply..had to get my bank involved to get a refund….so be careful..they maybe active on insta and actively take ur money when u press “checkout” ..but thats the only activity u get to witness

So i been fortunate enough where i guess at least I only ordered the mattress protector and silk sheets from them over 5 working days later and absolutely nothing from them. I reached out before I ordered the sheets to use there pay in 3 option no reply back to that either. So I be contacting my bank on mon to see if I can have the funds returned back to me. This is not a company you want to be using as there is absolutely no help available when you need it looking like they just take your money and you receive nothing.

De verdad, esta cama es lo mejor que le he comprado a mi bebé. Se ve súper linda, tiene un diseño hermoso y es muy cómoda. Mi perro se acomoda perfectamente y parece disfrutar muchísimo de su descanso. Además, la atención al cliente fue espectacular, me ayudaron con todo y fueron super amables. ¡100% recomendada, la amamos! ❤️❤️❤️

Best bed EVER!! Easy to assemble, beautiful design that fits with my home decor and my dogs love it! We could not be happier, great quality, easy to remove and wash sheets and comfy mattress. I’m so impressed with this luxury pet bed! The memory foam mattress provides excellent support, and my pet, Riley, absolutely loves it—she curled up on it the moment I set it up. Assembly was quick, taking just about 10 minutes, and the fast shipping was a nice bonus. The design is adorable, adding a cute touch that compliments the space in my house. Highly recommend for anyone looking to spoil their furry friend! They deserve it.

This is by far the cutest and best dog bed site. The shipping was super quick and the bed is so cute. I’ve bought my dog at least 10 dog beds and not a single one he goes on. I ordered this one and he’s on it all day. It’s literally like a real bed and has a real comfy mattress. I recommend this site to anyone who is looking for a chic and comfy bed for their our babies!

They were very helpful from the minute I messaged them especially being an international customer. Heather from the team helped me with my concerns and did not disspoint. I normally don't leave reviews but this deffinately deserved a review for customer service that went above and beyond. I have just recieved the bed which was easy to install and Teddy loves it already! Thank you the hooman life!

The hooman life has amazing customer service but not only that, their hooman beds they offer for dogs are amazing, my two love theirs! We have the small size and Teddy (maltipoo) and Maisie (cavapoo) love to share! It’s so comfy for them and they no longer feel the need to sleep on my bed, so even better!

So amazed by this beautiful product! Came beautifully packaged right down to the sheets. Really simple to assemble, the mattress feels sooo comfy, i am quite jealous! All the bedding is zipped on so clever pets can't try to take it off and have had so many compliments on the rainbow colour. There is even a little compartment underneath where you can keep the spare bedding 😊😊

The bed is beautiful… the look and feel of it is truly human quality… but it’s tiny and adorable. I ordered the rainbow colored bed, and the colors are vibrant. I also ordered a mattress protector, and the quality is as good as the one on my own bed. The bed has little velcro tabs to help everything stay in place.

I ordered blue silk sheets, but the shipment of that item was delayed due to an issue with the supplier. Without any request from me, Hooman provided me a complimentary white silk sheets and will be shipping the blue set when the new shipment comes in. 10/10.

Would recommend to everyone! We bought our cats a bed as a little Christmas present. We’ve never seen any like this before. The quality is amazing and we even bought some spare sheets which are super soft. Both our cats have slept in it.. Was worried they’d only care for the boxes they arrived in but no they absolutely love it.

So lovely that they donate a bed too for every order. You get to choose the charity - I think there’s 3 options. Such a wonderful company. Thanks guys.

Shipping took 8 days, which is a little longer than expected, but it is so worth it. The bed is out of this world, love that it comes with a full set of bed sheets and that your able to personalize it. My dog absolutely the bed.

I am absolutely obsessed with my new baby blue bed for my little prince, Sushi! It is my favorite dog bed of all time. Not only is it beautiful, Sushi loves it and immediately knew it was for him. The quality is 5 stars!!! LOVE!!!

Mochi and I are obsessed with her Hooman bed. She lays on it all day and it looks fabulous in our place. Nothing but the best for my Princess.

So far so good. I'm happy with the bed I bought a couple of weeks ago, kind of funny to see the dog in a mini-size bed like a human one. Obviously it's a little luxury, and very expensive. A very niche product that won't fit every house, but if you can afford it, it's worth a try.
