I ordered some flex pads. I messaged them on Facebook messenger. I was going to book them in to come and see my ponies hooves but I found some hoof boots. When I was messaging them they didn't once ask what kind of boots I had and let me order the flex pads. £7+ was the postage price which was steep considering they arrived in normal post. Anyway I put them in my hoof boots and they cut through straight away. Asked for a refund they wanted photo of hooves, boots etc then said I'd got the wrong ones and the manufacturer wouldn't agree a refund. I asked them to check and pointed out we'd communicated and not once had they said anything about different boots etc. Then they stopped replying!

Would the Hoof Boot Shop ask their supplier to provide straps, gaiters and back sections which enable their boots to fit?

I used their fitting service - an excellent local farrier is their fitter in my area. I’d had a hard time with fit kits and photos and measurements with another company (boots arrived and wouldn’t even go on) so needed an actual professional there with me. He did an excellent job. Annoyingly my horses fronts are quite different so I had to buy a 6 and 7 and they don’t sell singles so I had to buy elsewhere, but this is a big thumbs up for an actual IRL human fitting for you. Photos and measurements and size guides just were pointless for mine - according to those he’d be in completely different boots and sizes to what we ended up with. Thank you xxx

The seller Rachael lent me a pair of Explora magic hoof boots to try whilst there was a slight delay with my order coming into stock. Both the trial pair and the purchase pair were delivered in 24 hours by Royal Mail on a 48 hour service. Cannot fault.
