We had a misunderstanding about the date I needed the product and when it would be shipped. When I told customer service about this, they sipped fast and refunded my shipping. I appreciate the efforts they made to make it right

Shipped quickly and as expected. Meat is great quality, I wish the shipping cost was a little less, as my budget is tight and with the shipping having been $89, I took other things out of my cart to afford the purchase. With that being said, it does take a lot to pack and ship. Other than that everything was great!

My husband is a meat snob, and the fact that he LOVES the Honest Bison meat we purchased says we are very happy and will be a repeat customer. The venison actually tastes like deer meat. I had purchased meat before, often, from another online company, however the meat was gross and bland, and the customer service was terrible. We received our HB meat quick, and by far some of the best tasting meats we've had. I will be ordering more soon.

Though I have yet to sample the bison steaks and ground bison, I'm sure it will satisfy my expectations. My only grief thus far, is that the package arrived today and most of the content had started to thaw out, I was expecting the meat to still be frozen, that is why I gave you 3 stars.

I have found the management to be honest, as their name states, and highly responsive to my requests for information about the quality of their meat and how it is raised. What is most important to me is Honest Bison's representation on their website that their bison is free grazing and 100% grassfed on land that employs a holistic management system of ranching that uses no pesticides and herbicides. In addition, before placing my first order, I had a question regarding an ambiguity in the language of the Terms and Conditions section on the website that was promptly addressed.

Your shipping charges were MORE then the meat I ordered, I will not be using you again. This not about the quality of your meat because it is excellent. Not acceptable to pay more in shipping charges.

Holiday hero’s for sure after a mistaken delivery was replaced and rushed to our table. So grateful for the understanding customer service. Now let’s talk about the level of deliciousness; our bison roast was soooo good and a big hit. Definitely more orders from us in the future.

Great communication and customer support. We just had a snafu with UPS delivery and honest bison totally took care of us. Amazing and the product is as well!

Love the grass feed/ grass finished meat. It’s the cleanest, best tasting I have found.

Great quality meats. The shipping costs however not so much. Other companies like this have found the ability to keep the shipping reasonable. There is no reason for a $90 shipping fee.

The delivery was quick. When I requested for them to apply the 10% discount as a new customer after I had already placed my order they immediately sent me a refund. Everything is reasonably priced and the meats I ordered - rib eye steak, new york steak are delicious.

Shipping was cheaper than most other sights, selection was good and prices were competitive

The quality of the meat is excellent and clean! The elk and bison meat is tender and delicious! I highly recommend the Honest Bison for clean game meat!
