I just love this place
I just love this place. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I was never ever disappointed by a wine recommendation there. Everything is always flawless. And in the extremely rare event that there is a hiccup with my order, they always have a kind gesture to make it up for me! (which they really don't need to!) Just pure gold.

Great service.
Wine ordered. Contacted to say that a slight delay in delivery might be encountered. Wine delivered on date that i originally expected. Great service, great price and great wine.

Lack customer engagement
Poor customer service. Ordered wine with a maximum 3 day delivery, chased on day 5 to be told 3 bottles out of stock. Received message to say would then be delivered that day, it wasn't but was the following day. What was delivered was 3 of my order and 2 not requested. No engagement to explain or discuss.

A great variety…
Staff are so knowledgeable and offer such helpful advice on selecting wines. There’s a great variety ( no pun intended) and I have found some new favourites. The friendly environment makes for an engaging experiencing, whether just popping in for a drink with friends or for getting a bottle to take home. It’s so good to have a thriving local business.
