Overseas visitor in UK; Tested positive for covid on Sept 11, GP consult for paxlovid due to history of Immunocompromise. GP was lovely and provided a prescription. Was unable to obtain paxlovid at 6 different pharmacies in 2 cities. Advised to call NHS111 which was no help. By day 5, and many wasted hours, my symptoms had resolved, and I was still unable to obtain the prescription. The service should be better informed about covid protocols in the UK, particularly around paxlovid availability.

So easy. Fantastic Dr. Quick to get an appt and quick to get the prescription I needed.

I have used this service before and found it really straightforward.
The times available were convenient and the price is reasonable.
I feel listened to and valued which I can't say I have felt when physically seeing a GP at my local practice.
The Dr was exceptional, professional but empathetic offered good advice and as I needed medication the prescription was available for collection within a few hours and out of courtesy I received an email from the pharmacy with the collection time on it.
Highly recommend this company and I will definitely use again in the future.

During recent travel to UK (from USA), I needed a GP who could help me on the spot. I made an appointment and received the call on time. Doctor listened, asked questions & escribed the medication to the Boots Pharmacy in Glasgow. Was able to p/u at the Central Station Centre city. Thank-you for your help! Feeling better.

Experienced and knowledgeable doctor discussed my health issue and prescribed appropriate medication. Woke up on the third day of my two-week vacation with a UTI. I knew that this meant I’d be stopping every 10 minutes to find a loo, not to mention being in pain until I got back to the US. My husband was Googling urgent care facilities and found The GP Service. It was quick, easy to use, and completely affordable. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable, too. I had my medication about 30 minutes later, and by the following day, I was almost as good as knew. Vacation saved!!

The GP Service has a very easy to use App to Book Appointments and Video Call with helpful doctors.
Fast prescription processing to pharmacy of choice. Sometimes the pharmacy cannot locate the prescription as perhaps their system is more reactive to NHS workflows as compared to this private service so best to call ahead before going to collect. I've used The GP Service now a few times - highly recommend.

professional and upfront with fast delivery

This is my first time going through the legal medical cannabis route and so far it's been straight forward of what you need to do to get a consultation and the Doctor that done my consultation was very helpful in all the questions I asked and they took me through the whole process with ease, did have a little discrepancy over my prescription but as soon as I got in contact with the clinic they rectified it very quickly.

Fast efficient service, great doctor

Got an appointment within half an hour. Doctor listened to me & asked relevant questions/medical history. My prescription was at my local chemist within the hour. I can’t fault this service at all, i was struggling to even get a telephone appointment with my own Doctor. If you can afford to do this then don’t wait around. Your health matters.
