I had a thread lift in 2024 and never thought to leave a review until now. Firstly the stairs were filthy as was the dingy bathroom where someone had clearly just had a bath and left it let's just say hairy. Secondly, I felt uneasy as he lay me completely flat and I nearly passed out and all John cared about was the clock ticking. Thirdly, during the procedure there was a lot of fumbling around and he told me 3 times that the thread didn't want to go in as he tugged away at my face. There was zero after care, no info, no leaflet just a 'Bye'. Fourthly, two days later I woke up to a thread protruding through my chin. when I called he informed me they were closed all day but would squeeze me in if I could attend straight away, which I did. John told me he had never seen that before and pulled it out, I was so freaked out never experienced such unprofessionalism. No apology, partial refund or free voucher. Nothing else just another "Bye" and I have never heard anything since. I also paid for a full face and got half and a load of excuses why he should not place any more. Very painful with no noticeable difference only to my pocket.

Im presently under the process of having the "Ultimate package" with the Gorgeous Clinic.
I can't recommend this Clinic enough, from consultation to treatments these guys are fabulous. I felt relaxed from my 1st visit, they are all so friendly and put you at ease, yet remain extremely professional with their work. Every step of the way ive been informed about each treatment in great detail.
Im so impressed with my journey up to now,and i can not wait to see the end result.

I’ve used this service I found it to be nice at first it was only when John chatted to me during my appointment about clients personal problems that I realised how unprofessional this was ,, it made me feel uncomfortable and worried about what I’d been talking about during my appointment and who he will repeat it to,,, unfortunately you have to leave 1 star if it was possible I would have left a no stars review

This has to be one of the worst experiences ever when it comes to professional conduct and care, I paid £1500 for a full thread lift and I was just given half a thread lift, a few weeks later the left side of my face dropped, I made the clinic aware of this I then went back and they then advised putting fillers in my jowls which made matters worse when the thread lift had dropped, I then paid for an appointment up front for £225.00 when I attended the clinic they refused to see me but never refunded me, I then paid another £550.00 to correct the dropped thread lift, unfortunately due to my dad being terminally ill with cancer and his health condition worsening I could not attend the appointment, I did cancel but my message them to make them aware but my message was lost on Whatts app as usual, what made matters worse is when I finally got through to the clinic and I stated the reason why I could not attend the appointment there was no compassion at all I was belittled and made to feel small by the owner, I just want a refund and I am now being ignored, I could say more so I will update my review in regards to whether they refund me or not this is all a sales pitch they really don’t care about there clients. Anyone in doubt take a look at the trust pilot reviews !!! quick update i Never got refunded so I lost in Total £325.00 also I have had to block this organisation from contacting me after I have left an honest review as this is the least of my worries right now. I have just read the reply on here, yet again making me feel small for reviewing my genuine experience, this all could of been resolved if the issue was corrected but I have just been met with anger privately over whatts app this is the reason I have now blocked the owner, as I would like to move on Thank you

The Gorgeous Clinic promises a lot, but my treatment results were minimal at best. I was hoping for clearer advice and better care throughout the process. Felt more like a sales pitch than a personalized treatment plan. Very disappointing!

My experience at The Gorgeous Clinic was nothing short of incredible! I came in for a Botox treatment, and the results were fantastic—natural-looking and exactly what I hoped for. I had an amazing experience at The Gorgeous Clinic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and they made sure I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. I got a facial treatment, and my skin has never felt better! The esthetician was very knowledgeable, explaining each step and providing helpful skincare tips. The ambiance is so relaxing, with calming music and a beautifully designed space. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to pamper themselves!

What a wonderful place to.visit. John is so professional, lovely treatment room in a beautiful house. GREAT RESULTS . I am reccomending to my friends and some habe been already and think the same as me. I will be back soon x
