Although I haven’t had my meals yet (just ordered them)
I just wanted to thank you for your fantastic customer service. I had a few technical issues setting up an account and making an order, yet from the start of me contacting them they were so helpful right from the start and went immediately above and beyond to sort this out. It’s a shame more companies aren’t like this.
Thankyou and can’t wait to receive my order at the weekend.

What a great company have been using for about 5 weeks now the food is absaloutely amazing don,t think that it is your usual chilled microwave food you would normmally get from supermarkets it is another level well balanced and flavoursome if you are looking to loose a bit of weight and a healthy diet you wont be dissapointed. I would also like to mention their customer service i had forgotten to pause subscription when going on holiday and emailed them after the cut off point for delivery i had a very prompt reply cancelling order and issuing a refund even wishing me a good holiday great service thanks.

Super impressed by The Good Prep. Although on the pricer side, you get what you pay for - very good portion sizes, all really tasty. Although it's a 'ready' meal, it does not taste like one - chicken is fresh and tender, it's not plastic rubber like almost every other ready meal. They are nicely flavoured, great options and they have the courier situation down to a Tee - twice weekly deliveries ensuring everything is always fresh and ready to go. These meals taste like you've gone to the effort of cooking yourself. Well packaged, arrive in the morning nice and cool.

Ordering system is nice and easy - also allowed me to order as a one off and I was actually suprised i've not received a knock on the door, 50 phone calls, 25 texts and 1000 emails pestering me to continue unlike some competitiors...

I’ve been getting The Good Prep every week for over a year now, and honestly it’s by far the best meal delivery service in London. The freshness is unmatched, the ingredients are high quality and genuinely good for your body, and most importantly — the food is really tasty.

As an active athlete with a full-time job, it saves me so much time without ever feeling like a compromise. I know I’m getting the nutrients I need to train, recover, and stay energised, but still actually enjoy every meal. And as a big foodie, that matters a lot.

You can tell real care goes into the sourcing, flavours, and balance of the meals. It’s one of the few services I’ve stuck with long-term, and I can’t imagine my routine without it now. Highly recommend to anyone who wants convenience without sacrificing health or taste.

The food was absolutely lovely! Great packaging, clear instructions, and calorie count!
But lets get back to the actual taste! Really really impressed! You guys have a good chef there!

Food is absolutely banging, no question. High quality! It's abit on the pricey side though I have to say. But the custoekr service team are extremely responsive and do there best. I double order one week by total accident. They responded and resolved quick!

Excellent customer service from a clearly very passionate team.
I was assisted with creating the right plan for my husband and I.
The food is the most delicious we've tried, the rigatoni bolognese reminds me of how my dad used to make it for me.
I can't stress enough how great The Good Prep are, we work very busy jobs and it's reassuring to know most of our evening meals are taken care of. And often far more healthy and balanced than I achieve cooking myself.
Loving the new menu options, the chilli con carne is amazing!

From the very beginning my experience with The Good Prep was super smooth and amazing right through to the end. Suz was absolutely incredible – so friendly, supportive, and helpful throughout the whole process. And the food… honestly, it was everything I expected and more! From the savoury breakfasts to the sweet treats and snacks, every meal was delicious and made hitting my macros so much easier while balancing work and fitness goals. I couldn’t recommend The Good Prep highly enough!

All the meals I have chosen so far have been amazing- so tasty. All the vegetables in these meals are never soggy, always crisp and fresh, this was a bug bear with other food companies that I used

The best in the business. Having tried numerous food prep companies, The Good Prep stands out. I'm a foodie, so taste is very important, but I enjoy eating healthily as well, so having calorie-controlled and protein-rich meals to fuel my training without the food being bland is a game-changer. As a coach of 12+ years in the industry, this is a cheat code.

Food is lovely, service is great, but calories and macros are wrong!! Such a simple thing to get right, and they lie about their calories on the website and on their packaging.
They admitted in an email to me that their listed calories per meal are almost 100 calories under what they actually are! Shocking.
I will update this review once they have confirmed they have fixed this and updated all macros and calorie numbers on their website.
I can't believe they do this, they get the hard things right and the easy things wrong, cannot understand why they would do this.

Really, fresh, delicious food. Lots of choice. Macros spot on. Tried a lot of meal prep companies but this one is excellent. All just feels v v fresh which isn’t always the case. Big fan! _ James W

I looked into Good Prep a few weeks ago - didn't end up buying it yet they spam me with texts all the time. I keep blocking the number and it sends from a new number. How can I unsubscribe from their promos!??

I have always struggled with meal-prepping, wasting half of my Sunday cooking or else spending my evenings cooking dinners and prepping lunches for the following day, feeling like there is no winning! So I decided to give The Good Prep a go and it has been an absolute game changer for me.

The delivery was quick and really well packaged. There’s a large variety to choose from, and the meal portions are perfect and make it so easy to stay on track with your nutrition - And I’ve gained so much time back!

I was really impressed with the quality of the ingredients, tasting like a home-cooked meal which I wasn’t expecting from a meal prep company. I will 100% be ordering again!

The Good Prep has been an absolute game-changer for me! I always struggle to find time to meal prep and hate having to cook at the end of a busy working day. The Good Prep makes it so easy, now I somehow don’t have to cook in the evening, and don’t have to meal prep either - the best of both!

The best thing is knowing how healthy and balanced all the meals are, so I’m not just saving time, I’m staying healthy too.

All the meals I’ve tried so far have been delicious, and the portion sizes are really generous and filled me up every time too! Would recommend the chicken katsu and firecracker salmon to anyone wanting to give it a try! 😋

These meals are absolutely delicious, fresh and well balanced. They are so easy to heat and the packaging is mostly recyclable. There's a thing plastic film lid and film liner that's removable on the meal boxes, the rest is cardboard which can be recycled, I absolutely love the design. They even use wool as the insulation for the delivery box, although it does leave bits of what looks like dirty sheep's wool that comes out of the plastic, which also kinda smells like... farms/****, but at least you know it's organic. It's very expensive but it is such an amazing service saving my entire day from cooking, which to me holds great value so I'd consider ordering more.
