Quality golf balls at a reasonable price. The mint condition ones are the ball of choice. No marks ( other than logos). Delivery was quick. I'll be using these Guys again.

Not Grade A balls
Ordered 6 balls. They were supposed to be grade A quality. Sadly 3 of the 6 were only fit for the practice bag, the 4th only fit for a practice round. Third time I've ordered and this is the first time I've had these issues..

As a small business reviews are a huge deal and it's a bit frustrating you didn't contact us first to sort your issue out rather than just posting the review. Like your review says this is your 3rd order with us and you've been happy with the first 2 so the review should be based on the first 2 orders and how we deal with this one but unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to sort it out before you posted the review.

1 out of the dozen had a bad mark, definitely not grade A. But happy with the rest. Quick delivery, good price, shame about the one ball but I would give the benefit of the doubt and order again.
