The Gold Bullion Company staff were efficient, polite and helpful. Being able to collect my purchase as I live in the locality was a bonus and I could see the Company and staff in the flesh.

An absolute great experience dealing with The Gold Bullion Company
This is the second time I've made a purchase from The Gold Bullion Company and the second time I've been amazed at the service I've received.
I knew from my first purchase a few months ago that I was definitely going to use them again as I was so happy with them the first time.
This time around I bought a 1oz Silver Britannia Coin.
The service I got was second to none again. It arrived before the expected time, came with a gorgeous letter of authenticity and packed well.
To my disbelief, the coin was a lot cheaper than actually purchasing it from the Royal Mint who make it.
Again, I am overwhelming pleased with the service and can't recommend The Gold Bullion Company enough.

Excellent resale customer service.
When we sold our gold back to Gold Bullion Company we were given the best assistance from Josh up to, and including, the successful sale. The service was impeccable. Highly recommended.

Good service again!
I just bought my second gold coin from the Gold Bullion Company. Everything went like clockwork as did my first purchase. The coin was securely packed and delivered spot on time. The coin was just as described. The service is first class and if you need to phone the company it is always a pleasant experience. Well done again Gold Bullion Company! Nigel Moore.

Not only are they very friendly people to deal with, but they are also completely professional.
I need to sell a bit of gold and received a call within an hour of it arriving, we agreed on a very competitive price and an hour later the money was already in my account. It's a 100% recommendation and thumbs up from me.

Great customer service, quick and safe delivery.
This is a company that we have used for nearly 10 years now to purchase Gold bars. Their customer service is one of the best and very quick to respond. Jan contacted us within an hour of putting in our order and guide us through the whole process of ID verifications required. The order was processed on the same day and delivered the next day before 12 noon. I cannot fault at all the first class service we had and would highly recommend this site for future buyers. At a time when the gold prices fluctuate on a minute to minute basis, being able to lock in our order and have it processed quickly and have it delivered safely were very important to us. Happy to purchase again from them !

Trustworthy company
Having placed many orders with this company in the past, I had no hesitation in ordering from them again. My new order, which only took a few days to arrive was very carefully packed, clearly addressed, and was marked ‘Tracked’. I was out when the Post Office tried to deliver the package, so they left a card. After contacting them it was re-delivered the following day. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to any future buyer.
