Had my bearlock installed at home today, prompt efficient friendly service. An extra layer of security for my campervan that appears to be very practical and simple to use. Based on my experience today and the communication I had prior to the visit I would highly recommend them

From start to finish Jaro & Andrej gave a first class service, prompt responses from my enquiry email, phone calls to arrange the installation, and arrived bang on time, great job on the installation, and made a brilliant job, quality product, great service, well recommended.

They fitted me in at quite short notice with an excellent service on fitting and after as I had trouble with no gears on my first drive out a few days later - Andre actually came back to my home to South Wales a good few hours drive after my phone call in case it was related, he then ran through all the fitting info and explained how it’s not anything he had done and suggested it could be the clutch had gone -IT WAS - the after sale service they provide is second to none 100% recommend to any one

Really easy to contact them and made an appointment to have it fitted at their location. Fitting was quick on my VW T6. Andre was really friendly and expertly fitted the device in just over an hour or so. Really satisfied with the professional and efficient service provided.

Covered the cab with covers to protect the carpets and seats before starting and did a very neat and tidy job. Very impressed with the bear lock, top quality engineering .

Jairo very polite and professional. However on completion he informed us we have a lot of play in the gear selecter. We had to be very gentle when engaging and disengaging the bear lock. Result it is unnerving especially when disengaging the lock as each time it takes several attempts to release the lock. This is very unsettling and we are worried that the lock may not release leaving us stranded. Perhaps in future you could do a pre inspection prior to fitting.
If the installation did not go ahead following the fitters advice It would not be unreasonable to charge an inspection fee,

Had a Bear Lock fitted to our VW Transporter by Theft Stop. The Bear Lock is easy to use and provides another level of security. Communication was excellent from Andre, who also dealt with the installation. He was very professional and provided a clean install. Took just over an hour to install, super easy process. I would recommend Theft Stop to install a Bear Lock to your vehicle.

Fantastic from start to finish. A few owners on T6 forum had this fitted and a friend from Poland highly recommended the Bear Lock. Jaro was super fast answering my enquiry, paid my deposit and was in regular contact with Andrej to come and fit this at my home. Andrej was super helpful, wrapped the steering in plastic, took exceptional care and removed and refitted all trims perfectly. A 2 hour fitting process and you're van literally becomes un-nickable unless they can reverse it to a chop shop without anyone noticing they're driving backwards. No need for bulky, expensive, heavy steering wheel or pedal locks.

Great service from a great team. Easy to make initial contact and book in for a lock to be fitted. Kept informed as needed. Job was completed efficiently and with care.

I bought the Bear Lock at the Dubbed Out Festival on the Saturday morning and Martin came and fitted it the next morning on the campsite. Really friendly and helpful staff, Martin took such care our van, wrapping anything that may get damaged with plastic to protect it.

They are fast and professional, 100% recommend
