I have purchased a number of products on a number of occasions and the experience has been very consistent with prompt delivery and all products as described and expected. I then recently had one of the products’ packaging break after using for a couple of weeks. I contacted the team for advice if this happens again, as I love the product and repurchased it. To my surprise I was shipped a replacement product. Wonderful customer support and highly recommended this website and company.

I wanted to give it back because it smelt bad but according to someone from your organisation said i could not because the color of the liquid was not yellow. In other words i could not refund, regardless if it stunk or not.

They have a carefully curated range of skincare & have made some lovely indie skincare brands available in Australia. I recently had two new Geek & Gorgeous moisturisers on pre-order & my order was immediately dispatched once the products were in stock (earlier than estimated). My delivery arrived express & included a personalized written note from one of the co-founders which really makes it extra special. They are also responsive to customers via email. the Formula Skincare blog and YouTube channel is also quite informative & a good point of reference to skincare newbies 👌🏾

The consistency is very watery and absorbs very well. I’m yet to see effect of this as it’s too soon to comment.
