​I wanted to pass along how completely underwhelmed I am by this fleece. King size? It barely covers the top of my queen bed. It is so far off from a blanket costing 78.00. It sheds like crazy and while it's warm it is not worth the price. I could have done as well at any retail store for half that price.

I love this blanket! The color was slightly different from the pictures, but it’s still great.

The blanket is warm, but I wish it were a bit thicker for extra coziness.

I received what was supposed to be a full sized blanket in the caramel color. I received a "throw that did not cover my full sized bed, and was the wrong color. I also ordered a light gray, which has not arrived yet, but I will be sending it back. I wish that I had read these reviews before purchasing. The blanket is of poor quality. Looks nothing like the photos. Thumbs down!

I ordered a blanket for a friend who is going through cancer treatment. I read that delivery would take between 3-10 days. It has now been over 3 weeks, and after several emails back and forth from customer service, I no longer believe I will ever see my order delivered. It shipped from China, despite it being a US company, and I want to report this company as a scam. Do not order from this company!

It’s cozy, but the stitching started coming undone after a few washes.

I ordered a queen size blanket. Per the description on the website. What I received was a rolled up Blanket in an airtight tight tie plastic bag the blanket was not even full size. It sheds.
Their website give you a Florida address. At the bottom of the refund policy, they have a Switzerland return address. I took it to UPS. They said that the address was not valid and even if it was, it would be outrageously expensive to send it back to Swiss. I called my credit card company to see what could be done about this. They responded with a reply. It’s in our policy read the refund policy. This is not acceptable. You have a Florida address like it’s coming from Florida. Then when you try to return it, you’ve got a return to Switzerland.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered an item last year as a christmas gift - it was late and arived well after christmas which was bad enough. The blankets themselves are nothing special at all for the price so I decided to send them back.

When you do a return they provide a return address in Switzerland which is frustrating. I proceeded to pay £25 to have them sent back only to be told by the delivery compant that they could not deliver. My items have been sat in a packing office abroad for weeks now and looks like they will simply be packed up and sent back to me.

Its an absolute joke - I have never encountered anything like it - save yourself the trouble and buy a blanket from Marks and Spencers, the quality will be better and you can return with ease.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered a blanket in mid December. Today is March 3. I have endlessly corresponded with the “support” team and have not received my order. I have requested a refund and received nothing.
Do not order from this company. It’s a scam.

I got an online alert saying coziest blanket ever! It looked very plush and i like nice things. I ordered an XL King and it was $80. Fine. I put all my info in. A couple days later, I thought about the blanket and wondered when it was coming. I checked my email. No confirmation email had been sent. I thought maybe i didn't finish the order because they ask you a bunch of ridiculous questions after you order, which I grew tired of. So, I ordered another one. Got a confirmation email immediately. Well, the blanket arrived and I hated the quality and have had way softer blankets (from Berkshire Life, for example, at half the price!). I looked at their return policy and realized their 70% return plus shipping to Switzerland scheme. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I should have checked beforehand and fully accepted the blame. Oh well, lesson learned. Then, a few days later, a second blanket arrives that matches the confirmation # email. I emailed the company to inform them of the mistake and how I had not received an initial confirmation email and would like to return only the second blanket (the dog had been sleeping on the first). To which they replied to follow their previously stated return policy directions. I hope they pay karmatically for all the people they have burned.

This company is a scam. Don't loose your money. When I asked for tracking number they told me it had shipped but couldn't track it. They told me to just be patient.

Terrible blanket, poor quality, shocking return policy to Switzerland, dreadful customer service and slow delivery times.
Just get a blanket elsewhere!

Appalling! I wouldn’t ever buy a drop shipped poor quality Chinese item ever again, the blanket is not good quality, the threads and fluff falling off, contacted as it was due before Christmas as a present and didn’t arrive until after new year ! Fobbed off by saying it’s already on the way when I said cancel it !

I haven't even received any blanket yet and I already will never deal with this company again. I placed an order, read horrible reviews, and 51 minutes later requested cancelation of my order. The decided they would mark it shipped, and tried to tell me i didn't cancel in the "initial one hour window " which is bogus. They will gladly assist me in a quick return process, but I will only get 70% of MY money back for their screw up!
I will be back to update when the blankets that I don't want get here!!

See other reviews. DONT BUY. I'm absolutely positive the 5 star reviews are bots or generated by the "company". Cheapest tiniest full size blanket I've ever seen, sheds, thin, threads hanging off, I wouldn't even give it to my cats to lay on. The return address is in Switzerland which looks like at least $25 to send back (you are responsible for the return cost). Doubtful that it's a real address, much less that it will be delivered and a refund issued. I will take this up with my bank/credit card.
