Great Customer Services and Prices
I've shopped with them a few times now and been pleased with the price, quality and customer service including speed of delivery.
I think the true test is how a company reacts when a mistake happens and again they have impressed me. My order was sent out but unfortunately an item short. These things happen, I understand that, but when my missing product was out of stock they said they will send me out a direct replacement of higher quality. I got it today, my expectations exceeded in a quick and decisive manner. Happy to recommend them

Got wrong items
Sent wrong items, 1st order was good this order wrong size leads so emailed and they said i can send them back but obviously that means i have to pay but not cost effective as the postage on 5 kg was too much to bother. They did offer to pay the postage in the end and correct the mistake so credit due there but i had some lead coating so i sorted the error myself,overall a very good company to buy your fishing bits from.
