When I rang the call went onto the answering machine and I also got a text mssg saying the same as the recording, that he would get back to me within a specific time. Matt rang me back not long after and was very pleasant and we booked an appointment that was convenient for me. Oliver arrived bang on time on the appointment date, and I could only describe him as lovely pleasant lad who was very chatty and certainly knew what he was doing. No awkward moments, a lovely lad!
