I found this company through a friend who was also helped by The Debt Advice Guys, They were so understanding to my situation, I have struggled with debt and my mental health for years, I wish I had spoken to them years ago. They went through all the options with me and asked me one was I thought was best for me, Paul was brilliant and really took his time with me. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks to them I have had the best nights sleep in ages.

Do not use this “company” it’s all a SCAM.

I was contacted by the debt advice guys after I filled a form in online to receive help for the difficulties I was having with debts. At first everything seemed legit and the custom service was really good.

I was told I there was a 2 week wait to receive information regarding a possible IVA. When asking for information, I would be ignored for several days at the time.
And then in the end messages were never answered and phone calls stopped being answered.

I have since spoke with another debt advice company, who have informed me that this company does not exist.

If I could give less then 1 star I definitely would!
I didn't know how it works obviously I'm trying to see all the options I have so I thought they might be able to help, give an advice. However when I said the option they offered me is not really affordable for me and super long term (5 years) to pay that huge amount every month as a student I don't think it's suitable for me and then I would rather pay it off in one sum once I save up in a year or two in my own time without having to stress how to afford £100 each month.. accordingly to him (David) it's absolutely affordable.. (make me doubt that he even have an idea what it is to live in London at all) he argued with me saying what did I think that I won't have to pay back my loans or what?! Super rude and arrogant! I was looking for help, not to make me feel even worse!

IM SO HAPPY I FOUND YOU GUYS IN TIME. I've been in dept for way too long. You've changed my life. Times where I couldn't sleep due to dept and struggles. I found you and you guys gave me support. And helped us with our 30k dept to only 120 per month. Thank you. I'm extremely greatful

Hi everyone, I have been in a situation recently where I have been unable to sleep or eat and going through long covid and some health issues, my debts have been a big problem for me and my children have not been able to sleep at all. I'm thinking about how I'm going to put food on the table, keep my children warm, please don't suffer in silence. If you need help ask for it. I came across very lovely guy called Paul. I explained to Paul what is going on he said he will do everything in his power to help me and he did. Then Paul passed me on to Kevin. Both of them did everything to help me and my family. So please let these two brilliant people help you put your life back together. Don't suffer in silence please or be ashamed. Please do ask for the help if you need it. Hi debit guys very helpful i really appreciate it what they did for me especially mr Paul very nice person helpful I’m so thankful to him this company have so had working team thank you very much mr Paul.

I have been dealing with Paul who has helped to get my case ready, Paul has been very patient with me, friendly, personable and most importantly understanding.

I am really happy with the outcome, despite being super skeptical at first and has a lot of concerns, but Paul reassured me and im really happy I stuck with it and can finally start working towards having no debts and being able to live without the worry.

Fully recommend to anyone else currently struggling.

Update 16th March: My plan has now been fully approved, the whole process took two weeks which is really speedy. Glad i took the steps.

Like countless of people in the UK, I didn't know I could ever get help with my credit card debit and bank loans. But one time I was on YouTube and an advert came up about 'The Debt Advice Guys' and unusually I clicked the link and read the website, which is something I never really do but thankfully, I did this time and was so grateful.

I filled the form and then had a call from David and he's been a really great help, outstanding with the knowledge and took his time to help me even on a Sunday when he was off work. I am now nearly debt free and had 70% of my loans written off.

Anyone going through a financial difficulty should contact them. Paul and David have been superb.

Amazing service. David got everything sorted very quickly and was a very stress free process. I cant thank them enough for all of the help they have given me and I can now sleep easy at night knowing my creditors are not chasing me now. Thank you so much!

The Debt guys are amazing. Paul dealt with my case, very nice friendly guy. Always available day or night. Any worries or problems I had he sorted straight away. Great communication and fantastic customer service. These guys are doing an amazing job. I thought it would never happen for me. I have already recommended the Debt guys to several family and friends. Nice in this day and age to get a good service , reliable and trustworthy. I am very happy with the outcome. Best thing i have ever done.
