Our tour started out with being forgotten! The tour company forgot to send a driver to pick us up from the airport and it went down hill from there. Our tour guide was verbally abusive to the single women on the trip and despite reporting almost daily to the company, we barely received a call back. We spent more time in the van than we did seeing some of the cities. We were forced to eat at homes of friends of the tour guide, given no other options but to eat there and pay whatever they wanted...or not eat. We were given little to no information about morocco unless we asked a question. We were shuttled in a van that supposedly had no heat when the weather was in the 20's and 30's. After being yelled at for the last time while trying to help a fellow traveler, we finally just left the tour. Upon speaking with the company several times, having documented indecents of verbal abuse and other travelers complaining about the guide we were offered $285 compensation which didn't even cover what we missed because we couldn't stand being yelled at like dogs anymore. I am sincerely hopeful that the company will reconsider before I call my credit card company and report them...oh wait, they told me that they aren't listed with the better business bureau because they didn't want to pay the fee. When I tell you, the accommodations and the sight seeing were great, but the tour guide and dealing with the company has been nothing short of a nightmare.
