I could have said that my experience wasn't good because part of my order was missed out........however, despite emailing the Cornish Hamper Store on a Saturday I had a quick reply with the offer of solutions and the missing item was received by Tuesday! I count that as a good experience - a company that knows how to communicate with their customers (we're human, we all make mistakes - the bit I find hard to accept in life nowadays is when someone can't put their hands up to an error and put it right!)

My mum loved her hamper, however, the scones crumbled and were unusable with the jam and cream... Mine one star.

Scones were smashing, melt in your mouth

Ordered a box of pasties. They came very well packaged and still fully frozen on the chosen delivery day. The courier company APC kept us fully in the loop regarding the 2 hour delivery window.
Overall a great experience and a superb product.

I ordered a cream tea for Mothering Sunday and despite managing to select the wrong delivery date, the customer service line was very helpful. My mum also thoroughly enjoyed her treat, choosing to have it over a couple of days rather than sharing it with a friend because it was so tasty!

Ordered a cream tea hamper for my mothers 80th. She absolutely loved it! Said it was well packed, sturdy and secure packaging, contents were all there, and together and that the scones were fantastic. Generous pot of clotted cream and a very nice jam. Enjoyed the tea too! For myself, the website was easy to navigate, reassured that delivery would be when I requested, with the back up of safe place request, and they did not disappoint. Really good value for money too. So thank you very much for helping make an 80 year young ladies day!highly Recommended

I have always loved your scones I like mine warmed in the microwave n then I spread the lovely pot of strawberry jam and top it with your scrumptious clotted cream and then I enjoy the ginger biscuits so I thank you wholeheartedly
