"WARNING: Do not order from this company. I placed an order on August 10, 2025 that never arrived. Without my consent, they also signed me up for a subscription and began charging my card. Customer service was completely unhelpful and uncooperative when I called to resolve the issue. I was forced to file a fraud claim with my credit card company to get my money back. This is a fraudulent business practice, and you should avoid it."

Sad to say not good customer service with lack of replies.
When i originally reached out prior to ordering they were so helpful.
Received my order after almost 3 weeks (im in the UK). Items arrived from China.
Sizing was way off and really uncomfortable shaping briefs around the groin area it was actually painful to wear. I reached out to customer service for about 1 week (every day) and they finally advised that it could not be returned or refunded but they would offer full credit for the order for me to spend on alternative items. I thought this was fair and asked how I do this, and if they could provide me with a store credit code and happy to pay any difference if my new order exceeds the order amount. This was 11th August. Today is 25th August and still been chasing every day. Zero response.

I recently had a baby so was looking for something for my new body so this comapanies customer service has been really disheartening.

Do not buy from this company!

SCAM!! I have had better luck with quality, cost and fit from Temu! Horrible cut and is unwearable. Absolutely not shapwear at all either. This "company" needs to be red flagged and shut down. Im not holding my breath that I will get a refund either. Will never buy anything from here ever again.

I bought two body suites £44.00
They were no use, I got in touch with the company to send them back , (as you they said on their advertising.) The suits were about a size xs really badly cut . Not the size asked for.

I got in touch for a refund , they said , we will issue you a credit note + 25% off my next purchase .
I was sent a code that dose not work !
Iv emailed them around 7 times ? Informing them about the non existent code. ! that dose not work.

As some previous reviews above say .
This company do not care , they take your money and then just don’t answer! Still owed £44.00
Why are these company’s getting away with this ?
Do not be fooled by false reviews . My review is true !

Found the perfect sofa to match my decor from this company. Great communication fast delivery and the gentlemen that delivered went above and beyond. Would buy again.

I purchased 2 body suits from Comfy Co. I received the products one which had marks on it and the other with a terrible fit. The products were poor quality and did not support the body as they demonstrate on their social media. I emailed them to ask for a full refund. They got back to me quickly to provide me with a different option. I then asked again for a full refund which is within my legal rights. Since then they have just gone silent, it has been a few days now and they just don’t send me my refund but keep sending their marketing emails to me. Do not buy from this company and don’t trust what you see on their social media. Really disappointed with the customer handling and quality of products.
