Products never turned up. Customer service is absolutely shocking no response nothing!

Order placed 29th July and order still not received.
Emailed twice and no response.
Refund now requested.

If you like dishwater coffee grab these. Appalling

The order took almost a month to arrive and the coffee pods and been crushed and some had opened.

A week later tried to get a delivery update, no response.
Tried to call 01799 334338 - number unobtainable.
Traced company to a private address and I suspect I've been scammed.
Will wait 30 days and claim refund via my bank.
Pretty sure they also trade as TheCoffeePodUk
Best avoided in my experience.

I had to contact your customer service as I didn't get my last order/delivery. No answer /reply from you at all!
Luckily I found my coffee at someone else's house days later.
So that is why it is only a 3, you ignored my request for answer completely

The selections available are really good, very fast delivery excellent all round service.

We placed an order over 2 weeks ago there has been no delivery and no response to 3 emails requesting updates.

Emails went unanswered.
Phone number doesn't work.
Order hasn't arrived so had to get refund from bank.
Would give 0 stars if possible.

I received completely the wrong order, I tried to find a customer service email and couldn’t so I emailed the generic email address twice and received no reply.

Item never sent after numerous requests for information on my delivery. Just took my money and didn’t provide the items. Scam

Still waiting for order, nothing as yet, am reporting them as fraudulent. Phone number not recognised, can’t send email, contacting bank.

2 weeks and 3 emails to the company without a reply, product not recieved. Very poor. Update: it's now 4 week and 4 emails, no reply.

Took three weeks to arrive and only half of our order turned up although the email said it had all been delivered. I wish I hadn’t ordered from them.

Haven't received my order. Had contact from the company, but still non the wiser.

This is pretty much a rogue trader. I made an order on 17th dec 25 and nothing. I’ve emailed them a couple of times with no response whatsoever, which echo’s most of the reviews left.
So a month later I’ll have to put this down to experience.
Please when ordering from a name you don’t recognise check trust pilot first for reviews and then at least you’ve done something to protect your hard earned cash. There are too many scammers now such as the coffeepodcompany, rubbing their hands in glee as they lift £20 a pop or more from unsuspecting consumers.

Fast delivery of a flavour we thought was extinct from Starbucks, Love It!!

I received a product I didn't order due to false advertising on the website. Tassimo had recently changed their product to a new formulation (which is undrinkable), the website was advertising the old product - so I placed my order, thinking that is what I would receive. I was sent the new formulation, and have written to request a refund, with no response from the company.
