The cocktail club Birmingham
Honestly, this was by far the worst bottomless brunch I’ve been to, and for £80 for two people I expected a lot more.
The toilets were absolutely disgusting. They were smelly and full of flies I genuinely felt like I was in the jungle. That alone really put me off the whole experience.
The drinks were another massive disappointment. They were so watered down that it honestly felt like I was drinking ice and juice rather than cocktails. When we questioned this, the response from some of the staff was rude rather than helpful, which made the experience even worse.
The pizza arrived cold, which is pretty poor when that is basically the main food included with the brunch. There are also plenty of other reviews mentioning similar issues with the drinks and cold pizza, so unfortunately our experience doesn’t seem to be a one off.
The only positives for me were the music and the host they were both good and helped create some atmosphere.
Overall though, I wouldn’t come back and I wouldn’t recommend the bottomless brunch. £80 for two people is a lot of money to spend on an experience where the drinks are watered down, the food is cold, the toilets are in such a poor state and the staff are rude when you raise an issue. There is definitely room for a lot of improvement.
