Seem , very simple, very much understandable. I got all my questions answered, however, I should have taken one star off for the fact that I was under the impression that I was going to speak directly to the doctor not just be texting back-and-forth.

Very responsive I have used other GLP 1 services but their customer service was terrible This is not one of those services I will be staying with CMWL Very professional!

They always answer and return phone calls without delay. John has a great personality and very personable on the phone. Answers all questions and makes sure you understand. So far I have had a great experience and confidence with this company. I have not yet received my package but was told it takes 3-5 days. I know it will be here on time. Thank you CMWL.

After an absolute circus and nightmare with another provider, CMWL was a total game changer!
I was sceptical because of what I had been through with the other provider, but Patrick at CMWL absolutely KNOCKED it out of the park.
He was patient, knowledgeable and super friendly throughout the process.
Never pushy. Always there to answer even the "dumbest", most trivial questions.
Once I pulled the trigger and ordered, the process was amazingly smooth.
No "unexpected pharmacy processing delays" or "shipping delays", I ordered on Tuesday and had my meds Thursday the SAME week.
Neatly packaged, arrived cool, wonderful instructions.
For 3 months.
I hope refills will continue to be just as seamless, but I definitely recommend this company.

Well, the BUYING was fine. The selling back was not. You got back to me about this survey before you got back to me about the refund on the balance of my Rx.

I found out the day after the Rx was delivered that a secondary insurance WOULD cover from the endocrinologist's office. (Several days earlier, the office administrator had called apologetically and said she could not get Medicare to cover OR to allow me to use the Bridge program.

The Center for Medical Weight Loss did refund the three shipments that had not been delivered. I had not realized that each shipment would have THREE months worth of medication delivered. When I called to cancel, I thought I would get back 11 months worth of money--but they would only give back nine months.

Lesson learned. Make sure you exhaust all other possibilities.

Patrick heled me restart my Tirezeptide program and made it very easy. Additionally, my daughter will start on same program in two weeks!

It was easier than I expected. I was just a little busy and didn't take time to complete it fast enough. They were patient with me and my schedule to get this completed.

Customer service was wonderful! I received my medication on time, and have not any negative feelings about CMWL at all. I have lost a total of 90 lbs.

So far everything I’ve been with this company has been wonderful. I’m starting my GLP one tonight so I’m excited to get on the road with it.

I could not be happier with the service and product. The customer service team is exceptional—it’s very easy to reach them, and they get back to me immediately whenever I have a question. On top of that, shipping was super quick!
Most importantly, the compounded tirzepatide seems to be working really well. I feel great on it so far. Highly recommend!

Wish the needles print was clearly visible on.10 dose and price is so high that I’ll have to not confirm a refill unfortunately.
