There sizes extremely small compare to what they show on their website it won’t even fill up the half of the box let alone full box. Picture is so inaccurate

Bought 2 items from the amazing chocolate workshop. Arrived very quickly, beautifully packed, all intact and look fabulous. Far too good to eat! Bought as pressies, sure recipients will love them. I will definitely buy again from the workshop

Great gift and very well packaged. Unfortunately the item was damaged in transit but they quickly sent a replacement after sending a photo. Very good customer service - shame how rough couriers can be even with a big fragile label on the box!!!

Arrived quickly however one piece was broken, they replaced it within the next working day. Very good customer service and overall company.

Promised next day delivery. Didn't end up even dispatching it until after it should have arrived.

They used yodel for delivery. As it was late to dispath, I wasn't in at the delivery time. According to yodel, the seller (the chocolate workshop) doesn't allow them to leave at safe space or with neighbours which seems ridiculous for a product like this. Yodel were then meant to redeliver today and didnt - not thechocolateworkshops fault but wouldn't have happened if delivery was as promised and as I paid for.

Ignored my requests for refund on delivery charge via email. I dont think any customer would be happy to pay for next day and then it be dispatched afterwards.

Still haven't even got the product.

All in all, a terrible experience and unhelpful customer service!

Contacted them via the website the same day and a replacement was expressly shipped out to me within 48 hours. Would highly recommend, and will definitely buy from them again.

I'm a chocolate lover... Some good friends of mine gave my partner and I two boxes of these chocolates for Christmas. Opened one today and tried a piece... Absolutely awful taste! Similair to biting into a wax candle with a slightly bitter sweet taste. Tried another piece, exactly the same... Went straight in the bin. Checked the use by date, well in date but simply not chocolate at all... I've tasted better cheap 'chocolate' from the £1 shop!!! Don't waste your money.

I received my package very well protected and when I opened it to check I was absolutely amazed, the attention to detail is brilliant.
I will definitely be buying from you again

I ordered a chocolate watch which was sadly broken when it arrived. It was very well packed so I felt bad for the company when I emailed them to say it was damaged. They do their very best but I guess boxes get thrown around in transit. They emailed back quickly and apologised and said another would be sent out straight away. That's what I call great customer service.

Ordered two different sets for Christmas, good delivery time and kept updated with progress all the way through. The chocolates look amazing, not tasted as they are Christmas presents.

One of the sets had slight damaged, contacted them at 10 pm and had a reply before nine the next day. Replacement received in 48 hrs

I ordered the horseshoes which arrived on 28th Nov unfortunately the large on had broken in transit, I explained the situation and by 30th I had received a replacement, no questions asked, the quality of the product was fantastic as was the level of customer service, thank you

The wristwatch we bought was imaginatively designed and the chocolate top quality. An excellent service.

Left my parcel at the wrong address. I never received it and the driver was unable to confirm the name of the house where he left it. I saw the picture he took but I couldn't recognise the house despite enquiring in the neighborhood. I asked for a refund which I didn't get, they ignored my messages. Please do NOT trust and do NOT buy from them!!

A nice gift idea sadly let down by poor logistics. Product was shipped well packed but clearly an item (1 of 3 in a box) had been broken during manufacturing. Company replied promptly but failed to ship a replacement in time for me to give the gift. They also only replaced the broken item expecting me to open and re-pack the presentation box myself. One of those situations where if there are no issues you would be delighted but equally you could well be disappointed.
