Thank you for the 5-star review, Mrs Johnson - that's really kind. We love our Bhut Grinder too, we just used it yesterday in tuna mayo to give it an extra kick. It's so flexible! Thanks again, and have a lovely weekend.

Chilli Jam has changed our life too! What an excellent review, thank you so much. We were hoping that Simmering Smoky would be back in stock by now. We're waiting on a much-needed delivery of chillies from South America - as soon as they're here, we'll be on with making some more. Thanks again, Will!

Wow, they didn't last long! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review, Richard - that's really kind. Next time you order, it's worth knowing that we sell evrything you ordered in 1kg catering sized tubs, and also six-packs where you get the sixth jar for free. You'd also then hit the free shipping at £30. Hope that helps, and thanks again!

Delicious addition to meals
After discovering the chilli jam man at York Christmas market we have since reordered several times as we can’t get enough of the jamonaise, it is so delicious my partner also loves the lime tickle, we have tried several other things also like the pork scratching and everything has been delicious!

That's great to hear, Chloe! Jamonnaise is one of our best sellers, it's so versatile. We love it stirred through pasta, and as a spread in sandwiches and wraps. Thanks for leaving us a 5-star review!

First had the chilli jam from York Christmas market about 5 years ago. And used it ever since but had to wait for my friend to go to the Christmas market ever year to get me some until I have just started on line ordering. Brilliant and the delivery was amazing so quick .

Great product , poor delivery service
Have had numerous different bottles of sauces from these guys at xmas markets extra , but this was the first time ordering on line . The product obviously didn’t fail to please us with the taste , all sauces were perfect , however the delivery seemed to take for ever , ordered on a Friday am , not c received until the following Thursday , which we thought was poor ..

Hi Phil, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry the delivery service wasn't faster. I've just had a look into it, and your order was placed at 5.46pm on the Friday, which is why it unfortunately missed that day's post.
Royal Mail and Parcel Force collect from us Monday to Friday, so your order was collected on Monday morning. As your order was small (under 2kg) your order was sent through Royal Mail, who aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. Orders of 4 bottles or jars upwards are sent through Parcel Force on a 24-hour delivery.
As a small company, I wish we could send out all orders on a 24-hour delivery basis, but unfortunately as this currently costs us around £6 per delivery it's just not viable I'm afraid. We will, however, take your feedback on board, and thank you for your custom.
Excellent and yummy
Order delivered quickly, well packaged to protect jars in cardboard and other recycled/recyclable materials.
Delicious jam. Stocked up on my favourites
