Great service and products, I have been using Chilli Jam Man for a few years now….

Excellent chilli jam.

Delicious!!!!! Bought a jar of chilli jam from a food festival, finished it in one sitting so ordered a 1kg catering tub a few days later.

Added a free personalised note which I didn’t realise would be HANDWRITTEN by some poor soul. Not only tickled our tastebuds but has provided laughs to friends and family for about 2 weeks.

After my order was shipped to the wrong address I contacted customer services. They replied within the hour and were so helpful and helped me retrieve my parcel. Cannot fault their customer service, Simon was very helpful

Parcel arrived quickly. Very well packed, products delicious as usual

Products arrived on time and extremely well packaged.
Been waiting a while to make an order so at long last some more Bhut Grinder 😁

Bought some 'Hottest honey' recently Wow ! That stuff packs a punch !!! Can def recommend it !
And for the cheese lovers, the new chilli cheese is one to get your hands on .
Keep up the great work Simon and the team, see you soon !

My family has been a huge fan of The Chilli Jam Man since about 2012 when a little market stall used to sell his chilli jams in Colchester. I remember getting in touch with Simon when our local stockist stopped his stall as we missed it so much. I often joked that my daughter has such a fiery temper cos I was eating so much chilli jam when I was pregnant with her 😂

We have tried a few different flavours over the years but the Hot Smoky is our all time favourite. When our 3 kids were young, we used the milder Garlic one in their food but they soon graduated to Hot Smoky and we’ve been ordering the catering size for years as its exceptional value for money.

Ordering from the website is super easy, delivery is fast and tracking is provided.

Please don’t ever stop making your chilli jams.

Our eyes met across a food stall and my life changed forever. Simon, Bonnie and the Chillsters have continued to produce such a high quality product consistently for nearly two decades. Right from that first hit of sweet savoury heat I’ve come to love the range of jams produced along with the new ventures such as the chilli chocolate, sauces, marinades and now the honey range.
It’s an essential part of my home cooking, parties, cheese boards, and BBQs of course (the 1kg tub essential). Never dissatisfied and when there’s a discount all the better!

Smooth transaction. Very pleased with how quickly I received the jams, thanks 🙏

Very easy to order and great service when I saw these guys at Yorkshire show. Have there sauses in my lunches every day.

Amazing Customer Service from Simon Barrett; he provided fantastic recommendations and went the extra mile to ensure the products were dispatched in time to meet my deadline.

The Jams are fantastic, I will be ordering more in the future!

Always top quality, quick delivery. I’ve been buying from Simon since he first started making chilli jam and make sure I never run out, especially Lime Tickle and Original Chilli Jam.

Wonderful products and fast delivery
