AVOID! Sent me fake Pokémon cards and got defensive and passive aggressive when called out!
So I placed an order on March 13th 2025 after checking reviews on their site and Reddit (my first mistake I guess). I needed the Crown Zenith Pikachu VMAX collection as a gift and since they were the only ones who had it in stock, I went for it.
Package arrived super quick which was nice, but things went downhill when I opened the box (was planning to make it into a Pokémon bouquet). The booster packs looked SO wrong - different colors, weird texture, even the size was off compared to the real ones I have.
When I contacted them about it, they gave me the most ridiculous responses:
- "Can't refund because you opened it" (how else would I know they're fake???what are you suppose to do with pokemon packs??)
- "We opened packs ourselves and they're real" (sure...)
- And my favourite: when I sent a proper email about legal right, they just went "we love your use of AI"
Their whole attitude was just awful and super unprofessional. I'm honestly really sad because this was meant to be a gift for my boyfriend, and now I'm stuck with fake cards.
Don't make my mistake if you're in the UK! I usually consider myself pretty good at spotting scams but they got me. Just stick to proper shops, seriously not worth the stress dealing with these people.
