It broke in the mail and we didn’t even get to try it

My bong broke within a week from putting a stem in in it slipped and went straight through the bottom of it not happy

Did not receive what I had ordered, FALSE ADVERTISING. Custom Service is a joke wanting me to send a photo of the incorrect part they sent instead of what was advertised.

Basically, what this company is doing is REPLACING ADVERTISED PARTS in a kit WITH CHEAP PARTS. They then sell the more expensive parts individually, ruining brand names reputation as well as their own.

Search online and FIND A BETTER STORE that won't rip you off and ruin your experience.

Turned up on time as was the right product

When my order arrived it was completely smashed in the box. It had not been correctly wrapped and I recorded myself opening it and took pictures as evidence, tried multiple times to get in contact via email and phone but received no answers. I didn’t want a refund just a replacement. Still haven’t received anything.

We ordered a Glass Cone piece and once delivered found it was too small. We returned it to the shipping address provided on the package and provided your team with the tracking information when we received no word of a refund. The tracking number shows it was delievered to your shipping address but we haven’t heard back in a week. All were after is a simple exchange of the item.

Had an issue with an expensive delivery arriving damaged. Sent through some photos and a replacement was sent with no hassles

My last purchase experience was excellent
I could pay With my plastic card and the delivery process could be followed
The parcel got delivered in time and to my instructions

Fast delivery and products were as expected

I havent gotten to use it so i cant say but postage was a day or 2 which was fast but then the interview fell through

Arrived promptly, exactly as described

it’s an alright vape though it leaks through gaps on the vape. it’s a good vape for starters but wouldn’t recommend
