Scammers avoid at any cost
My experience with Best Ticket Fares has been extremely disappointing. I found this company after being redirected through JetCost, so I expected I was dealing with a trustworthy travel provider.
After cancelling my booking, I was promised a refund within the stated timeframe, but I still have not received my money. Every time I contact customer service, I speak to a different person and receive a different explanation. I have been repeatedly told the refund will be processed within 24–48 hours, but those promises have not been honoured. Instead of receiving my refund, I keep getting delays and conflicting information.
I am also disappointed that I was redirected to this company through JetCost, as this experience has been very frustrating and stressful.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Best Ticket Fares. If you are considering booking through JetCost, I would encourage you to research the travel company carefully before making any payment and keep records of all communications.

We would like to clarify that the fare selected for your booking was a promotional fare. As outlined during the booking process and in our Terms & Conditions, promotional fares remain subject to availability until the ticket is issued and require confirmation from our consolidator before ticketing can be completed.
Unfortunately, by the time your booking reached the ticketing stage, the promotional fare was no longer available. We understand this outcome was disappointing and appreciate that the delays and repeated updates added to your frustration. We regret that we were unable to provide a clearer resolution sooner.
We would also like to inform you that your full refund has already been processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Don't trust this company
Don't trust this company, they're scammers. I bought tickets twice through JetCost, and both times they stalled me and took my money. Don't believe them; they'll keep you waiting for two days to sell you a higher price, then call you two days later saying the tickets aren't available. They are fraudsters

Good customer services but poor booking process
Good customer services. I have to be honest that the ticket booking is more expensive than what I expected because I had to pay more to upgrade to get the seats. So, I am not happy on this point.

I would appreciate Rebbeca with the kind of information and service he has provided me with . I really had a bad experience with one of their booking agents , who was really rude and I felt lacked empathy. And I decided to proceed with cancellation. Then Rebecca called me made the situation ease for all of us . I believe the management need to set Rebecca as a good example how she lets the reviews for their agency turn from negative to positive . She did her job brilliantly and went way further . I appreciate her willingness to make an effort . All the best Rebecca few people like her carry the reputation of the company on their shoulders .
