Bought a Beefyboys diy box for a family treat - it was soooo salty that no-one could eat it - not even the dog - i smell an advertising con.

Try this eatery if you enjoy burgers! It has to be the greatest burger you've ever had. Delicious tastes, a courteous and professional staff, and a clean environment are all present. You won't be let down! Carl served us today and did an excellent job, so props to him. A particular thank you to the Beefy Boys cooks for consistently delivering top-notch cuisine.

I try to support local businesses but twice I’ve had really bad customer service from The Beefy Boys Hereford.
1. I placed ordered on line thinking was for the same day Sunday but when I called about the time they stated it was for Monday, refund would be raised and showing in my account within a few days, After a week no refund I called after ages of the phone ringing got through said they would sort it, no refund. It took about 5 phone calls and a a few emails, of me chasing I got a refund about 2 to 3 weeks later.
2. I placed another order on line a month later , called Hereford after 30 times and this is no joke it just kept ringing, to add an extra chicken burger to our order. I had 3 burgers already ordered. Staff member who answered had to ask the kitchen then he went to get a manager then he said they couldn’t find my order, to which he then stated they don’t see the order until 45 mins before. But no they couldn’t add 1 more burger to the order told me to order another slot close to ours, I informed him this would mean 1 burger sat on the side for 30 mins before we can to collect it with ours. Plus the drive home. Very poor customer services and it’s a shame as the burgers are lovely, I think maybe they know they get the business so not fuss about how they treat customers

This is a must visit. Burgers are unbelievably good. Been a number of times in Cheltenham and will keep going back. There is a reason it is always packed out, so booking is necessary. Will be the best burger you’ve ever tasted for sure!

OMG, was not disappointed at all. From entry to the exit, the service and staff were exceptional. Our order was for the Dirty burger and an OG burger with fries, 10/10.
Would highly recommend a visit if in the area. Can see how they came 2nd in the world of in Vegas.
Hoping in the near future they will expand to the southwest.

Staff was very good and friendly. I wondered why a whole roll of kitchen towel on each table soon found out burgers disgusting like eating a lump of lard fat grease everywhere used all of kitchen towel mopping up the grease never again .

My recent visit to The Beefy Boys in Cheltenham left me with a tantalizing experience that was mostly delightful. From the moment we arrived earlier than our booking, the staff's warm welcome set the tone for a great evening. Despite a brief wait, we were ushered to our table ahead of schedule, showcasing their commitment to customer service.

As an avid food enthusiast, I had high expectations for my meal choices. I opted for The Dirty Boy burger Oklahoma style, Ninja wings, Bacon Dirty fries, and a Biscoff milkshake. The journey began with the milkshake, and oh boy, was it a treat! The Biscoff milkshake arrived promptly and was an absolute delight. With generous pieces of Biscoff crumb scattered throughout, it exuded both thickness and creaminess, making it a contender for the best milkshake I've ever had.

Shortly thereafter, the rest of my meal made its grand entrance. The Ninja Wings stole the spotlight with their succulent texture and a lusciously sweet honey sauce. Among all the dishes I sampled, these wings were undoubtedly my favourite, offering a perfect balance of flavours that left me craving more.

The Dirty Boy burger, though slightly smaller than its burger counterparts, managed to leave a lasting impression. The succulent patty boasted a creative twist with onions cooked right into it, elevating its taste profile. While it didn't match the size of the other burgers, it still packed a satisfying punch.

On the flip side, the Bacon Dirty fries fell slightly short of expectations. While the portion size was generous, the bacon sauce didn't quite cover all the fries, and the two pieces of streaky bacon on top felt like an afterthought. This dish had the potential to shine but ended up being a bit lacklustre compared to the other highlights of the meal.

In retrospect, my experience at The Beefy Boys was overwhelmingly positive, with the milkshake and Ninja Wings stealing the show. While the Bacon Dirty fries weren't exceptional, they were offset by the overall deliciousness of the meal. The restaurant's commitment to quality is evident in its unique burger creations and the delectable milkshakes.

I can confidently say that I would return to The Beefy Boys, particularly for their outstanding milkshakes and those finger-licking-good Ninja Wings. If you're seeking a casual dining spot with creative burger options and delectable shakes, The Beefy Boys is certainly worth a visit.
