Good product, like the way it feels after a shave. Smells nice too. Much like other reviewers here find the delivery very slow indeed. I ordered 22 jul, recieved update on the 30th that it's on its way. Delivery due on the 8th sep. 8 days for an update is pretty average really. I like the product but it comes in a black bottle with no visual indication of how much is left. Normally not a problem but with delivery this slow it is. The following is the companies own words from a previous review. "The formula uses Regu-Seb, which actively regulates sebum and controls shine — but it needs consistent daily use to do its job properly. Three applications isn't long enough for the ingredients to balance your skin's oil production. Like most active skincare, it takes time to work.

That's not a hurdle — it's just how the formula is designed to work, and we want you to actually give it a fair shot before deciding it's not for you". Quick correction on the dates: your order was placed on 22 August, not July, and dispatched on the 30th. Sorry about the delay getting it out to you either way, that's not the standard we want to hit.
On the bottle, fair call out on the fill indicator. Worth knowing though: it's a concentrated formula that lasts most guys 2 to 3 months depending on how often you use it, so there's normally plenty of runway to reorder before you're scraping the bottom, even with a slower delivery.

To answer your question on frequency: for daily oil management on the scalp, we'd recommend using the Skull Gel Cleanser both morning and night to properly break down excess oil and buildup throughout the day. Follow this up with the Skull Matte Moisturiser, which is designed to hydrate and finish with a matte look without adding any extra shine or oiliness of its own. Consistency is key here, most of our customers start noticing a real difference in oil control after about a week of sticking to this twice-daily routine.

Wanted to walk you through the timeline on our end, since I think there's a bit of a mix-up. Your order came through late at night on 13/7, so it landed in our queue the next day. We allow 2 days to pack and dispatch, which had it out the door on 17/7. Australia Post's standard shipping can take up to 8 business days, and it landed with you on 22/7, so it was actually within that window, even if it didn't feel fast. If timing's important to you we also offer Express Post at checkout for a few extra dollars.

The matt moisturizer didn't work at all.
The matt moisturizer didn't work at all. A tried applying a little to my shaved head and then I applied a little more. On all three occasions it left my head more shiny than it was before. There was no matt appearance at all. I was better off washing with cera-ve which reduces oil. Not happy at all.

When you make the switch
I made the decision to go bald 6 months ago.
I noticed my hair line was thinning and wasn’t terrible but under heat, sweat and beaches it became more and more noticeable.

After receiving the "Traditional Skull Shave Cream & Skull Aftershave Lotion kit", I did a little research and decided to go back old school - so picked up a brush and safety blade razor – I’ve now used this a several times and am really enjoying it – I believe I may be hooked.
It provides a smooth shave and I must admit I am enjoying the method and time now having a shave.
After shave lotion also feels silky smooth and has a great scent.
A little bit seems to go a long way - highly recommended - enjoy.
