Confusion on the website over delivery to a local address in Warwick & no apology when I called in to collect my order.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I was genuinely taken back by the service I received today.
I’d planned to spend a fair amount of money, I understood I arrived close to closing time (3.45pm, they close at 4pm) but because of this the butcher simply couldn’t be bothered to prepare my order.

I’m sharing this in the hope the owner takes note.
As a fellow small-business owner I know how important loyal customers are and it’s not easy when you don’t know what’s going on in your own shop with the team you trust to serve people well.
Turning people away while the shop is still open just because the task might run a few minutes past closing risks driving those customers elsewhere.

I have been getting my meat delivered from The Artisan butchers for the last few months now, deliveries have always been on time, the quality of the products is great and its ecellent value for money. Nice one
