You sent the wrong product and then you ignore your customers after you've ripped them off. Never order from here

I ordered two phone wallets on 13 October, but they have still not been delivered despite the company's advice on 24 October that "The package may have been lost, we will be sending a new one today." So much for their statement that customers can "Say goodbye to waiting". I'm done with poor customer service and empty promises.

Ordered on 12/01/2025 never turned up after 4 weeks

Seller is shady asf!! Apparently two SD cards posted out and takes a month for one and a week for the other to never arrive. Do not purchase from these guys!

Same as others, cards did not arrive. When I queried it they said lost in transit and they had posted another one. That was 2 weeks ago, I’ve since asked for a tracking number and they’re not replying to me.

Don't buy nothing from this clown he should be shut down and thrown in prison, with some chilli and vasoline big tub!

Cannot deliver the goods, cannot read a proper address, send goods to another suburb, wrong tracking numbers, however he is running this so called business is beyond a joke, CATCH should investigate this idiot as the purchase reflects back on CATCHES business

Sadly I purchased a card through them via catch and I was given the same bs story of lost in transit !
Wouldn't provid me tracking for a near $300 item was sus as it was! Really pissed off as this crap has impacted the integrity of my career !

Did not even send the right order. Still waiting for the order to be updated from the website I bought from just to confirm that this delivery is the delivery I ordered. If it is I am thoroughly disappointed and would not recommend. Will update this review if subject to change

I bought several items, including charging cables and a phone holder, and I am impressed with the quality. The cables charge quickly and are very durable. The phone holder is perfect for hands-free use in the car. Exceptional value and fast delivery.

Amazing products and great customer service! The phone holder I bought is incredibly sturdy and keeps my phone secure even on bumpy roads. I also got a set of charging cables that work flawlessly with all my devices. Definitely will be buying more from here.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company operates on the premise that it will not send you all of the items that you have paid for.
Since June 2023, I have been asking for the missing products that I have paid for and they have stopped responding to my emails.

I found the chat person very facilitative and addressed my issues very well. There was an omission of sizes on a USB cable page and he fixed that quickly for me. Their prices are very good and the online purchase was seamless. Happy to recommend this company! They've won me today, I'll buy from them again.

I placed an order for 2 watch bands and only received one. I emailed the company requesting they send the second one. At this stage have heard nothing from them. Doesn’t seem they care about customer service.
