What suppose to be one of the best experiences of my life picking an engagement ring turned into 2 weeks nightmare, including being yelled at and called a liar by what I believe to be the “owner “ of this circus “company “ .a lot of wasted time and sleepless nights. Finally had to open a case on paypal against them to get my money back . Please save yourself the trouble and spend your money somewhere else .
Update : Not sure how this happened, but seems like they somehow got to delete my review here I left before , there were other bad reviews that are missing as well . I would be very suspicious if all the reviews out there are legit .
I never threatened anyone from this “business “ with anything.

As of the “verified “ reviews about your company ….really?? Everyone can leave a review here , there isn’t a fact check . You can ask your friends to register and leave good reviews about you and here we go the glamorous company of yours . I personally was able to contact one of the victims of your business which review was also here and now magically disappeared. She also had to contact paypal for help after waiting months for her money back .If not mistaken was around $7000. My refund was short of $5000.
I also have all the email communication with you on record and how you treated me as a costumer.

If what you say is true, why do you leave these reviews under different names and aliases without any contact info? All the other reviewers left their real names, email, and phone numbers.
Why do you refuse to provide your contact info even when repeatedly formally requested via Trustpilot? Do you work for a competitor?
Trustpilot never deletes bad reviews, even false and malicious ones. Your review was not deleted even though you wrote it under a fake name.
As for zero customer service, VERIFIED Trustpilot reviews speak for themselves about our customer service, integrity, and the quality of our products. If anyone doubts that these verified reviews are genuine, please contact us, and we will show you the exact transactions for each review with dates and invoices issued and paid by the same person.
Their full names are the same as in these verified reviews. And with a buyer's permission, I can give you their contact info so you can ask them directly.
Our consultants never yell at our clients. Our owner never speaks to clients. It appears that you describe some other company.

The same scammer is leaving the 2nd review for the SAME transaction. The first one he left under the name DTP.
He tried to scam us by trying to send a cheap ring with glass-filled ruby, which cost $20, as a return for solid 18k gold GIA-certified high-end ruby.
This person is being investigated for fraud. If any other seller suffered from his scams, please contact us.
He claimed that the ring he received was not as advertised. He said that the ring is not made of rose gold, but it is made of yellow gold. When we asked to show us the ring, he showed us a cheap ring with glass-filled ruby.
We said it was not our ring and again asked him to show us it, which he refused. When we explained that we would not accept a wrong ring in return, he insulted our employee, threatened him personally with physical violence, and called him extremely offensive names.
We have the scans of his messages which our attorney will submit in the court of law. In the end, he tried to blackmail us by threatening to write bad reviews, which would ruin our business.
This is what he is trying to do.

Absolutely terrible terrible experience probably about the worst experience ever had from start to finish then I got the ring they say no hassle returns. I wanted to return the ring and they're giving me problems and saying that I'm trying to cheat them and send them back a different ring and this and that and that and this and give me all kind of problems worse come in the world very fake very fraudulent. They don't stand behind nothing with Advertise. It's all the front very bad experience you will regret highly they are all fake reviews. Trust me I dealt with it, and I was a fool for it.

This business was very responsive to my inquiries being very inexperienced with Alexandrite. When I asked questions all were answered and additional educational material was provided. The earrings arrived as expected looking great and have not been gifted yet but I expect they will be well-received. I'm already arranging my next custom piece. Although I was afraid of buying jewelry online, I trusted this company and I have never regretted it. I bought a lovely "flexible" ring with diamonds and natural alexandrite, certified by the GIA. When I received the ring it was much much nicer than the picture even. This is a reliable company, with jewellery of real quality. They helped me every step of the way and communication was excellent and efficient. The ring arrived to me soon and safely. For sure, I will buy again from "THE ALEXANDRITE".
