Dedicated Personal Service - Very Efficient
I chose The Agent out of several agencies who valued my property. One agency spent just 5 minutes in my home and never bothered to look at the kitchen! What impressed me from the start with The Agent was their valuer Charlotte, who took her time and showed a genuine interest in my property, asking questions about the history, local amenities, fixtures and fittings, etc. Also the idea of having a dedicated person to look after my sale, and a direct phone line and email address to contact them was very reassuring. I felt I was going to receive a personal service and I was not disappointed. The Agent also include Virtual Tours as part of their sales package. The quality of the tour and photography was outstanding and I am sure my property sold quite quickly because of this. I highly recommend this agency.
