You don't get what you order and they don't answer your messages.
At the moment I am initiating legal actions against them.

Bleedy scammed, total butt holes these people, ruined my daughters birthday. Don't buy anything.

Thieves and scammers. I bought the ultimate Harry Potter Hogwarts letter and it never arrived. No reply to my email and no presence on fb. Do not give them your money.

I also ordered the ultimate acceptance package. That was Four months ago and I finally got the shipping email around 18-19 days ago. I bet you can guess by the rest of the reviews whether I’ve received my package or not. No, the answer is no. I haven’t received anything, they haven’t even responded to my emails. So, please stay the F*** away from this absolute scam of a “company”.

Total scam - again purchased in March - got a shipping e-mail and still hasn’t arrived.
E-mailed and text - no reply.

Seems I'm not the only one with a missing Hogwarts letter. Order placed on March 10th, apparently finally shipped on the 14th May. No sign still on the 4th July, and no answer to any emails or phone calls. Absolutely shocking customer service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered two of the "The Ultimate Hogwarts Acceptance" packages (one for myself and one for my cousin) back in December 2018, it is now July 2019 and they have yet to arrive. It has been 6 months. I have sent an email a month starting in April 2019 and there has been no response. I called their help line 1 (707) 670 3034 on July 3 and was told that they will call me back Thursday or Friday.
I will NEVER buy from this scamming site again and would NEVER RECOMMEND it to ANYONE.

I don’t know how much more patient I could be. I order the middle to last week of Feb, got an email on 14 May saying it was shipped and outside UK would be 5-10 days and here we are, 3 July and still nothing. Almost 5 months. Scam or not, it’s ridiculous. Fool me for not going looking for these reviews first. Oh and of course I’ve emailed to no prevail. I think they sent it by owl and it met with an unfortunate accident on the way to me. Boo!

I wish I knew all this before I ordered! I ordered back in March. Said it would take a few weeks since it was personalised. No problem. Then get an email saying it has shipped in May. Still no package. Sent many emails and NO RESPONSE!! I am NEVER buying anything from them again!!! People stay away from this site. Its a complete JOKE AND FRAUD!!! Someone should get the authorities involved.

Purchased the Harry Potter acceptance letter for a friend. Months later I got an email saying it shipped and would be 5 to 10 business days. But clearly that was a lie. Sent several emails that have gone unanswered. Please save your money and go elsewhere for products. Unless you like giving money away. Then this is the place for you.

Hogwarts acceptance package never arrived, ordered in April sent many emails that go unanswered. Really wish someone would hack them and shut this website down. Horrible company runners by greedy thieves. Stay away, order from jk Rowling website.

My wife is a huge Harry Potter fan. So I thought I'd do the nice thing and buy her the Hogwart's Acceptance Package. Well I got emailed in May that it was due to ship, shipping outside of May would take 5-10 days. Here I am 1 FULL MONTH later and no word from their office.

After reading a few reviews, I have decided to rescind a lot of my scathing comments. What I don't appreciate is the lack of communication from their store-customer service is non-existent. If they were concerned about their reputation, they would actually take the time to simply provide a tracking number or an apology with a resolution. I can't imagine any business being run on zero customer service and assistance.

I unfortunately fell victim to the The Hogwarts Acceptance Package scam. I ordered this for my daughter who is a huge fan and graduated high school this year. I wanted to surprise her with the package along with her actual college acceptance letters. I ordered too many months ago to remember and received an email stating it had shipped on 5/14/19 and would take 5-10 days to arrive outside the UK. Well, it is now 6/27/19 and still no package. Just think how much money this company has scammed out of hundreds, if not more individuals, who ordered this. Not to mention all the credit card and other personal information they now possess. I probably should have known better when it said pay for shipping only, but it did look like something my daughter would enjoy and I felt it was perfect for the occasion. I guess you live and learn.

If I could give zero stars. I ordered in April, got an email it was shipped in May, never received it, sent several emails. Found a number 707-670-3040, the guy told me it was cancelled because electrical issues. When I asked why I didn’t get an email about it, he said “what do you want me to do, a refund?” Yes I want a refund?! But he said in order for me to do that I needed to get on my computer, go to this website, download a shady freaking file, and then I can get a refund. I hung up and he has called me 5 times now. I disputed the charges with my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

il s'est passé la même chose que tout le monde. un kit Harry Potter commandé en mars, un mail d'expédition en mai et pourtant toujours rien d'arrivé. bien entendu aucune réponse aux multiples mails envoyés....quelle arnaque

Fake webstore. Do not buy anything, it will never arrive!

If I could leave 0 stars I would have. I placed my order over 2 months ago. Shipping was supposed to be 2-3 weeks as it was personalised Hogwarts pack. But still nothing and as others have said they don’t reply to emails or have a contact number that you can call them on.
Wish I had seen trustpilot reviews before I placed my order... scammers, don’t waste your money!!!

Complete scam .. stay away!!

I own an online store and a shop in Oxfordshire called That Lovely Stuff. I constantly get emails and phone calls regarding this company. Please let it be known that That Lovely Store (apparent scammers of Hogwarts items) have nothing to do with my company That Lovely Stuff. We sell beautiful handmade gifts and have no affiliation at all.
I have tried myself to get in touch with these people, but have had no luck.
