That lovely store 

Before January 2019, they apparently were sending out items. Like everyone else since then, I placed an order in March for the Hogwarts acceptance package, got a message that it had shipped, and never got it. I emailed them with no response.

I ordered the Hogwarts pack back in may and got an email that it had shipped, but haven't received it as of yet. I've sent countless emails yet never have I gotten any response. The button to view my order gives an error.

THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM!

Ordered in January, It is now November. Still no package or communication.

Complete scam, never received my order, never got tracking information, never received a email reply back

Do not order from this store! I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered something on March 2nd of 2019 and my credit card was charged. The order never came and it is now November 9th, 2019. I have sent countless emails and messages to this company and no one has ever responded. The only reason why I even ordered was a friend ordered something and it was sent to her. She must have been one of the lucky ones.

TOTAL SCAM SITE. Ordered a year ago (Hogwarts letter) still haven’t gotten confirmation or my order. They refuse to reply my emails and my check or link now no longer exist and has a FILE ERROR MESSAGE. You will NOT get your item if you buy from them. DO NOT TRUST the positive reviews where they say they got their order. That’s BS and they are most likely paid to place good reviews

Definitely a scam. Ordered in March as a gift for my sister. Never recieved product. They claim shipping takes a while since it's in the UK so by the time I realized it was a scam it was too late to contest it on my credit card bill. They got my money and I got nothing. And they don't respond to emails.

9 months later no product.. but they have my money.

My order was "shipped" May 14th, almost 6 months ago, I have not received anything, and the link to view my order shows up as an error. If anything changes I'll update, but as of now it looks like a scam site.

Ordered something back in February - Has not arrived and no responses to any emails I have sent them. Try to contact them via their own website, and you get an error message. Absolutely disgusting and will NEVER use them again.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would! My order was apparently dispatched in May, still not here! Utter utter joke!

they should have a no star option. ordered along with all the other over 6 month's ago and have received nothing. such a terrible waste as this was to be a gift for my now 5 month old son. very dissappointed

Ordered 2 Harry Potter packs in March and still nothing, have emailed with no response. Clearly a con artist. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Yes I’m thinking this is a scam to as I ordered 4 Harry potter Packages back in March!
And it is now October!

Made order in april get only one e-mail whith number of order and no shipping , don't recieve nothing and they are not risponding on my mails

Scammers. Never recieved an item I paid for. But they send sporadic emails stating your item is on its way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
