I had a great experience! From choosing which package I would like to receiving it. It was professional and cleanly done. I absolutely love the make up choices to achieve the desired result that would best fit me. It was so fun to explore other opportunities to best improve my overall look. There is so much information to explore and it wasn’t overwhelming at all. Overall I’m glad I paid for the service, it was worth it!

Ordered a while back (09/2024), posting my review for other girls as I stumbled on the page.
Received 3 pictures (personal face analysis + Kibbe body type) after 3 weeks.
E-mailed a few questions as a response + a follow up, then another e-mail where I expressed my disappointment for the lack of answer....
Up to now, 0 answer from the person behind the concept.
My pov : I do not recommend, I would have preferred getting a similar service in person in a well reputed place.

The owner mentioned that replies were sent, but I confirm I could not find any response to the 3 emails I sent at the time. Saying I got help is inaccurate here.
This review reflects my personal experience as a customer in 09/2024 and I've been upfront about it. While I understand that the services may have changed, the lack of any response remains, in my point of view, a real shortcoming.
To be fair, this is the kind of review I would have wanted to read before ordering but I couldn't find anywhere to leave one at the time. I'm adding it now that I've come across the page again, so other girls can decide for themselves. As you can tell, the disappointment still lingers, and the owner's reply, which claims I was helped, makes it even more disappointing. Best of luck nonetheless.

I purchased the Facial Analysis guide, which I received right on the two-week mark as promised. It was so helpful and I particularly liked how there were directions on how to achieve the looks suggested - for example, instructions on how to do the best hair styles for me, and how to make my brows look the best; not just naming the style and leaving it at that. I also had a follow-up question which That Girl Concept answered right away and even provided one additional render to show one more hairstyle free of charge.

Communication was clear, the product guide was tailored and professionally presented with clear guides and suggested products. I love that I now have a go-to guide with helpful descriptions if I want to go to the salon or get treatments. A lot of the information verified what I already knew too, but whether you're completely new to this, or have your own information on your seasonal palette or face shape etc, this is really helpful.

Run don’t walk to get your makeover with that girl concept. I ordered the basic facial analysis package with a 24 hour turnaround upgrade and got it within 12 hours. Not only did it come really fast, I absolutely loved the options I was given and truly felt like they analyzed my features perfectly to craft a timeless flattering set of suggestions. They answered all my follow up questions about specifics of how to attain certain looks and overall I’m really happy with this service.

I've been following That Girly Concept for a while now and recently purchased the 'That Girl Transformation'. The advice provided was detailed and easy to understand. Now that I'm certain about my body type and best colour palette I feel confident and excited to start making changes!

Obviously you don’t know what to expect when it’s an online thing but I’m really pleased I went ahead and got my analysis done with that girl concept. I paid way more for a colour analysis alone in past and the result didn’t sit right with me. For a lot cheaper I learned my colour season, hair styles, makeup, body type and clothes to suit it. I was surprised at the detail given and I’ve found the info sits right with me and helps making decisions. I just got my hair done as she suggested and I’ve got loads of compliments. It wasn’t something I would’ve ever thought to do. Results arrived fast too. If you’re on the fence I suggest treating yourself as it pays off in the long run!

I really loved getting my facial analysis makeover! I had gotten other color analysis guides from others in the past but it was hard to envision it on me or translate it to reality. I love how you get an actual mock up of the ideas and suggestions that are given. It helped me show my hairstylist what I was going for and provides a great reference for my makeup applications. You really get a lot for what you pay for especially compared to other products from other companies! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing guide very detailed and helpful!

I was really looking forward to this after seeing the Instagram ads, but the final product was incredibly disappointing. I received a 10-page PDF that felt like a disorganized template; the fonts were inconsistent, and the layout was choppy, as if it had been haphazardly pasted together. The suggestions and mock up were disappointing. I've done similar mock ups with apps. None of this was well thought out, or worked on for any extended period of time.

Beyond the quality, it took 22 days to arrive (I followed up twice, as per instructed). When I received it, I was told it was "sitting in drafts" - an excuse I’ve noticed in several other reviews. The owner’s defensiveness in responses to other's reviews suggests a lack of accountability and an unwillingness to improve the service. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. Save your money and skip this one.

Perhaps most disappointing was the owner’s response to my concerns. Rather than taking accountability for the 22-day delay or the sloppy formatting, she doubled down, dismissing objective quality issues as my 'personal experience' and 'dissatisfaction with the outcome.' She even attempted to justify the delivery delay by calling her 'stuck in drafts' error a 'known technical issue' that I should have expected. It is clear that this business prioritizes defensive fine print over actual customer satisfaction. If you value professional communication and a product that looks like it took more than ten minutes to copy-paste into a template, look elsewhere.

It is telling that the business’s response to objective criticism is to publicly label a customer a 'high chargeback risk'—a blatant lie and a desperate attempt to discredit a negative experience. It is a transparent character assassination tactic that only proves my original point: this business prioritizes defensive ego and dishonesty over professional accountability.

As women, I feel we should lift each other up and support one another, but I certainly do not feel that was the case after this transaction. While thousands of happy clients may be claimed, the way this specific case was handled—with gaslighting, pedantry over dates, and public insults—shows exactly how this business treats anyone who sees past the Instagram filter. This review remains up so others can see that the 'concept' being sold does not include basic professionalism. Furthermore, based on the defensive nature of these interactions, buyers should be careful who they are sharing their photos and personal details with.

I purchased the "It Girl" package & have to say I was very impressed. I have always been trying to be fashion forward but never really understood my style & why certain styles didnt suit me. But the analysis of my Kibbe body type was so helpful! Its also very helpful how I now know what suits me & means I dont have to put my wallet through so much stress trying different styles. Shes so helpful! Answered so many of my questions & gave me alot of insight so now I am also able to see & chose what would look good on me.

It felt like they just put my photo under and heavy filter and called it a day. The photo I received back included weirdly photoshopped bangs that was so clearly pasted on. Very disappointed
