Based on my experience they are spammer.
Prior to purchasing, I specifically confirmed with their support team that port 25 would be open on their VPS services, which was critical for my intended use. Based on this assurance, I proceeded to purchase two VPS instances.
Within one week of purchasing the first VPS, it was unexpectedly closed without any prior notification or clear reason, despite being in the initial setup and configuration phase. This resulted in significant wasted time and effort.
Subsequently, after two additional weeks, port 25 was unilaterally closed on my second VPS. Again, this occurred before I had even completed any installation or setup, rendering the service unusable for its intended purpose. When attempting to resolve these issues, my requests for a refund have been denied, and communication has been unsatisfactory.
This series of events, particularly the unannounced closures and the failure to honor pre-purchase commitments regarding port 25, has led to a complete loss of confidence in their service reliability and customer support. Based on my experience they are spammer.

We would like to clarify the circumstances regarding this review.
The VPS services provided to the client were initially active and fully operational. The issue was specifically related to Port 25 usage and outbound email activity, not the server infrastructure itself.
Our Abuse & Security team detected suspicious activity associated with Port 25, which subsequently resulted in blacklist listings and reputation issues affecting network integrity. Following standard security procedures, the client was officially notified through multiple emails sent by our Abuse department, including detailed information regarding the issue and a reasonable timeframe to resolve it and request delisting from the blacklist providers.
Unfortunately, the required actions were not completed within the provided period, and the abusive activity concerns remained unresolved. As a result, and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and anti-spam regulations, restrictions were first applied to Port 25 access. Later, additional protective measures were taken, including suspension of the VPS service, to safeguard our infrastructure, IP reputation, and other customers hosted on our network.
For transparency:
* Port 25 access is always conditional and subject to legitimate usage.
* Abuse reports, blacklist listings, or activities impacting network reputation can lead to immediate restrictions.
* Multiple official notifications and opportunities to resolve the matter were provided before any suspension action was taken.
