Fantastic process. UK customer here; ordered a bunch of skincare via the proxy purchasing tab. (Had my back up the whole process thinking it might be a scam as that's all I've seen with other websites) but the google reviews as well as the TP reviews kept me reassured and I can confirm, IT IS NOT A SCAM. Website is clean and really well made. AI chat bot was awesome when needing it. The staff members were attentive and really knowledgeable. Timeframes were met. I will certainly be using this company quarterly going forward. to get my skincare products. Thai Nexus, thank you!

Good service. recomended.

Thainexus team are super attentive, always replying and doing their best to answer all of our questions and doubts.

Really great trustworthy service and great experience

Wonderful customer service experiences with Thai Nexus! I highly recommend!

Tutto perfetto, servizio clienti gentilissimo e velocissimo

I’ve been using their service for a year now and they’ve always been consistent when it comes to their service. Their customer service is top notch! The proxy purchase option saves me from the constraints of procuring items myself. Their forwarding process is very easy and convenient and the deliveries always arrive on time. I will always speak highly about this service.

Since moving to their new system, the status of my parcels has been really easy to understand. Requesting forwarding, payments, etc have been really smooth, and the customer service team has been really on top of everything. They keep track of things well, and have really put me at ease while I order things from the other side of the world. Thank you!

Ease of service provided, from item purchase request upto door-to-door delivery. Seamless service and great CS for inquiries and update.

Absolutely outstanding service from Thai Nexus Express! They flawlessly managed the overseas return of the items that I left behind at a hotel in Thailand.

With fair pricing, zero hassle, and incredible customer support, they are far more superior to any competitor that I have used. I highly recommend them!

To the support team/person who supported and reassured me throughout the process: thank you so much again for helping me get my belongings back.

Had a great experience! At first I was a bit skeptical and scared because I hadn’t used a forwarding service before. But I really liked a few Thai body care products that I first got on a very short trip there and they weren’t available on YesStyle or anywhere else. So I found Thai Nexus, got in touch with their WhatsApp customer service and they were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They are very responsive and supportive and always try to solve any issues you’re having. Got my parcel yesterday safe and sound and was really really happy! Definitely recommend this service, it’s worth the money :)

Thai Nexus makes it sooo easy to connect with niche artisans. Of course they will make purchases for you on shopee or lazada, but I asked them to buy some things that were only available through insta or tiktok. Not only was the staff at Thai Nexus willing to try, but they came through!

Any time I've had questions about ordering or shipping, they always responded quickly, usually within minutes. The three times I've had them consolidate purchases and ship them to me, it was fast (~1wk from Bangkok to Boston) and perfectly packaged.

I highly recommend Thai Nexus for anyone looking to source items from Thailand.
Their customer service is amazing; they answer promptly and always try their absolute best to accommodate specific requests.
What really stands out is their proxy buying service.
They successfully managed to secure items for me even from Facebook Marketplace, which can usually be tricky to navigate.
On top of that, their service fees are very competitive.
If there is any downside at all, it’s simply that their overseas shipping options lean heavily towards top-tier, premium express carriers. My order reached Melbourne from Bangkok in a staggering 3 days! While this is brilliant, it is something to consider if you are on a strict budget and looking for slow, cheaper options (read Cainiao).
That said, when a service is this fast and reliable, it’s hard to even call it a downside.
Overall, they are a 10/10 company. I truly recommend them!

Excellent service. I had an issue with an order, and they helped me right away. I’ll continue using their services.

Perfekt a hava post box in Thailand

Very Helpful connects. The team was very punctual in updating the status of the parcel after receipt. They also gave a quick quote for forwarding it. The forwarding was very good. They packed all the items properly and provided a good details so that there was no issue in customs clearance of the inward country

Thai Nexus are a very reliable forwarding address and have amazing, personal communication with us via WhatsApp. They have low fees when you need their help buying something online and they think with you about how to lower shipping fees or use a different box or shipping method. They respond quickly, kindly, and if I ask something, they are the kindest people who try to help you out. I like their way of working and I know my package always arrives safe and fast at its destination. Thank you Thai Nexus!

They are always open to any consultation and are very professional
