The team was very professional and kind. They handled all the boxes and furniture with great care and worked well together. All the people were very friendly and respectful and worked with the utmost professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again in the future if the need arises.

I recently used TFM for my house move and I can honestly say they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their professionalism and work ethic were second to none. Even when the Costco delivery team couldn’t get my fridge freezer through the door, the TFM guys made it look like child’s play. The communication between the team was outstanding, especially when manoeuvring large pieces of furniture—smooth, controlled, and clearly very experienced.

Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were helpful, friendly, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. I also used TFM to store my furniture while I was between homes, and the service there was just as impressive—safe, secure, and hassle-free.

Bottom line.... TFM took all the stress out of moving, and I genuinely couldn’t fault them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional removal and storage company.

We recently used TFM to move our belongings from the UK to Dubai, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process—something that’s absolutely essential when planning an international move.

The packing team was incredibly thorough; I’ve genuinely never seen packing done to such a high standard. Every single item was wrapped with complete care and precision, giving us total peace of mind.

Once our furniture had left the UK, the updates continued, and the team on the Dubai side were just as professional and communicative. Everything arrived safely, exactly as promised.

No complaints whatsoever—they went above and beyond at every stage. We would 100% use them again and would happily recommend them to anyone planning a move.

Amazing service, used TMF for storage while I was between homes. I was very impressed how reasonably price they are. Their attention to detail when collecting and returning my belongings was exceptional. I found all of the staff both office based and removal very helpful and attentive. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody looking for storage or removals.

Second time we have used TFM for a move now and wouldn’t use another company. Communications were great all along and they did their best to fit us in on the busiest week of the year, including asking some staff to pack and then unload for us across two Saturdays as we had a sizeable move. Everyone worked very hard and our move experience was made as stress free as possible. They even entertained our young kids helping for a bit! Would recommend to anyone without a second thought.

Regarding the house was packed up by 10.00 then having to wait till 17.15 for the new house key I really appreciated our lorry load safely delivered and unpacked so late in the day. A big thank you to all involved.

We used TFM to move one set of parents when downsizing their home and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
From the moment we got in touch regarding a quote, which was by far the cheapest we got, to the moment they packed up the vans to leave the new home. They were incredibly professional, polite and could not do more to accommodate our needs. They were brilliant. Special mention to Ralph in the office, and Josh who oversaw the moving part. Brilliant company!

Ralph and his team were superb from the start. Communication was great throughout and the team on the day were excellent.
They arrived promptly and worked hard to get us out of our ild house and into the new one with no problems.

Fantastic service from everyone at TFM. Ralph was brilliant in working out the logistics of the move, made more difficult due to the access at the far end, and the 80 large potted plants we were transporting around the M25.
The packers were excellent, carefully packing all our fragile goods, pictures, china & glass. The removal team worked very efficiently, clothes hung on metal hanging rails for transportation, beds dismantled on the morning of the move, everything carefully wrapped and fitted into the vans.
Once we arrived the team of four unpacked all 3 vehicles in 4 hours, ahead of the planned schedule, furniture was reassembled and placed exactly where we wanted each item (even moved when I changed my mind!). The team were so friendly at every stage, answering my many queries by phone or onsite.
Would not hesitate to recommend, in fact a family member is moving with them this week.
