Redemption.
I had a poor experience with this company who, I believed had exploited my initial interest in their product by covertly enmeshing me in an automated monthly subscription payment system.
They did however, answer my angry queries very quickly and politely, also, very importantly refunding the payments that had been taken from my account.
Their response was unexpected and welcome quick.
So while I still decry this practice of covertly (it’s always in the “small print “)
tying people into automatic subscription payments, Testora have proved honourable in putting it right.
I appreciate that.
