Never received any correspondance from them at all. I chased them today 6th June, on their live chat with Angel, got sent the results straight away (thank you Angel) and it said on there that they were ready 23rd May so I could have had this 2 weeks ago. So lost a star for not sending me the results (or anything to say they had received my sample) in the first place and made me chase them, but Angel was swift and efficient getting them to me. Now to read the 27 pages of results.

Don't waste your money
I used this service as I have been having issues with bloating and some food reactions. I thought this might help guide the way and give some insight. I paid to have the 'fast track' service, which apparently gives results within 48 hours. I paid and sent the sample of hair off. And that was it. Literally. I then had to chase it a couple of times and certainly didn't get the 'fast track' service that I paid for. No offer of refund for this service.
The results were a complete waste of time. The things it suggested I was sensitive to, are all things I already know I'm OK with. It didn't pick up any of the things I already know I'm not OK with. I went through full menopause 10 years ago and not taking HRT, my hormone levels are flatlined, yet my hormone imbalance came back with no issues. Gut health came back with no issues, yet I suffer from severe Bile Acid Malabsorption where my body is unable to keep hold of nutrients/vitamin levels and good bacteria. Basically, they're taking your money and sending you a load of mis-information and when you question it, they tell you it's a 'potential' result - so basically a waste of money.
Also - check other reviews. They all state that they didn't get their results and had to chase them - yet gave them 5* review?! Why?!

As you may be aware of, it states in our T&C's that you agreed to, that we do not take responsibility of the sample until it arrives at our lab.
