The test results took longer to arrive than promised. In the end I contacted the chat support and Terry was able to resolve the issue and send my results immediately

Ordered a test. Sent sample and completed form off next day, because I was in a hurry (needed results in 14 days).
They say results are sent in 3 to 5 days. Great, I thought!
They will confirm when they have received sample. Eight days later I've not heard anything. Contacted cs who informed me it could take 5 to 10 working days for them to receive my sample. Rubbish! My sample would've reached their address by 3 days! I waited a few more days. Still nothing. I emailed telling them I will have to cancel as won't receive results in time. Two days later they receive my sample. No response to my request to cancel though. Emailed again and acknowledged. Refund received a few days later.
Their info is deceiving. It sounds like the address the sample goes to is just a forwarding address. Yes, may take 3 to 5 days to send results but there's no mention of the 14 days wait for them to acknowledge or process receipt of sample. Waste of time and postage costs.

Samples taken 16 days apart yielded very different results
I have submitted hair samples 3 times, once in April 2024 and twice in June 2025 (with samples taken 16 days apart). I have concluded that I can't trust the results because the results from hair samples taken within 16 days of each other in June 2025 produced very different results, with very little of the two reports from June 2025 samples matching. Some sections have 0% matching; some have 11% or 14% or 19% matching. Only one section had as much as 50% matching but that was only because it matched 1 of the total 2 items.
I first submitted a sample in April 2024. Then in June 2025 I submitted a sample again to see if it reported different sensitivites.
The 2025 report had 4 items from the Food category and 1 item from Non-Food/Environmental Items in common with the 2024 report, otherwise the reports were totally different. I accept that my body may have changed a lot in 14 months.
But, what if I test the testing process and immediately send another sample in June 2025? Theoretically if the testing process is reliable, the results should be almost identical. And if the results aren't close to the same, can the variation be explained?
So I took another hair sample, now taken 16 days after the first June sample was taken.
1) Sample Date 6/09/25 Date Received 6/23/25 Report Date 25 June 2025
2) Sample Date 6/27/25 Date Received 7/08/25 Report Date 10 July 2025
THEORY If certain Items are flagged as having 100% potential sensitivity, one would think they are most likely causing food intolerances. And in these cases, one would think they would be reported on both results taken from June 2025 hair samples.
4 items from the Food category and 1 item from Non-Food/Environmental Items that were flagged as 100% on the 6/25/25 report. These were NOT reported on the 7/10/25 report
5 Food and Non-Food/Environmental Items were flagged as 100% on the 7/10/25 results. Only 2 of them were on the 6/25/25 report
Food items (6/25/25 - total 78 items; 7/10/25 - total 110 items)
Still in common: 15 items (depending upon how you calculate it, this means that only 15/78=19% or 15/110=14% match)
Non-food items (6/25/25 - total 39 items; 7/10/25 - total 37 items)
Still in common: 4 items (depending upon how you calculate it, this means that 4/39=10% or 4/37=11% match)
Nutritional Imbalances (6/25/25 - total 6 items, 7/10/25 - total 10 items)
Still in common: 1 item (depending upon how you calculate it, this means 1/6=17% or 1/10=10% match)
Metals Imbalances (6/25/25 4 items, 7/10/25 5 items)
Still in common: none (This means 0% match)
Gut Biome Test (6/25/25 total - 2 items, 7/10/25 - total 2 items)
Stil in common: 1 item (This means 1/2=50% match)
Hormonal Imbalances (6/25/25 total - 0 items, 7/10/25 - total 2 items)
This means 0% match
Digestive Health and Metabolism Analysis (6/25/25 2 items, 7/10/25 1 item)
Still in common: 1 item (this means 1/2=50% match)
I asked if there was a reason for the varation. This is part of the answer I received:
"Our testing equipment is designed to store sample data for up to 6 months. When a new sample is received that matches the resonance profile of a previous one, the system assumes that the original sensitivities may have been addressed (e.g., through dietary changes, detox efforts, etc.). As a result, it may test at a lower sensitivity threshold in the subsequent test, prioritizing the detection of new or underlying sensitivities that may not have appeared strongly in the first round.
For this reason, it is expected that two samples submitted within a short timeframe may yield different results, not because the first results are inaccurate, but because the system is scanning for subtler imbalances in the second test. It's similar to how the body might respond differently to allergens or sensitivities after a detox or elimination period -- even within a short span.
Due to this process, we typically recommend that customers follow the results of their first test if they’ve submitted multiple samples within a six-month period. This initial test provides the most complete picture of the sensitivities present at the time of submission, before the threshold is adjusted by the system."
I did not detox within those 16 days (since I was not aware what the reported sensitivites would be). Adjusting the system threshold to report different results was not justified.

Customer service is helpful. I have used this service 3 times. None of the times has the report been emailed automatically to me within the 3-5 business days that acknowledgement of receipt of my sample. Each time I needed to get onto a chat and say I was checking on status of my results. The people who helped me (Kai and Shawn) were then able to send me the results at that time. I give them 5 stars for customer service. I gave 4 stars only because the first time I waited 2 weeks after the sample had been received before checking on results. It makes me wonder if the only way someone gets their test results is by chatting with customer service.

SCAM
I did a food sensitivity test, already knowing I am sensitive to a variety of foods.
The test did not report any of these and did in fact say that I could eat these. So firstly the results were wrong.
I contacted them asking for a refund, we went round in circles for a bit. Eventually my emails just stopped being replied to.
It is advertised that there is a refund if dissatisfied with the results. I am as they were wrong.
I didn't want to leave a bad review, but after requesting to complain 3 times and asking for my money back 4 times and having been ignored on all occasions, I've been left feeling scammed.
