48hr Results, 7 Days Later No Results
Sent my sample on the 6th March, they received it on the 7th March. Paid extra for the 48hr results so on the 11th March contacted them to be told the 48hrs is from when they open your sample not when they receive it.
Got an email on the 12th March saying they had my sample today is the 14th March and still no results.
Been on live chat who say they can’t check and I’ve got to wait 24hrs for a reply from them escalating this further!
DO NOT PAY FOR 48HR SERVICE AS YOU WONT GET IT.
The reply I got from chasing my results:
After checking our system, I can confirm that we received your sample on 12/03/2025 at 14:28. The fast-track service takes 48 hours (or two working days) to complete from the time the sample is scanned into our system. Since the weekend falls within this timeframe, your results are still in progress.
They scan it on 12/03/2025 at 14:28 so my maths works it out 48hrs is 14/03/2025 at 14:28.
The 12th was Wednesday, the 14th was Friday!
If I get the results Monday depending on what time I get them that makes it 72hrs. Now I definitely wasn't the top in class for maths but this doesn't add up.
