We have purchased over a dozen buses in the past 2 1/2 years and we have dealt with our salesman Kasey Dwornik and the Graham family and the whole operation is totally first class if you’re looking to purchase a Bus or other vehicle if you don’t buy it from Tesco you’re crazy these people are wonderful they believe in the golden rule and it’s a beautiful family business we love doing business with them Randy Rouse from Bernie’s in Grand Rapids Michigan

I have purchased two buses in the past year from Tesco. They have went the extra mile to insure that any concerns were resolved and the vehicle’s were in great shape.

We have bought five vans or buses from Tesco. They have all been great. The buying experience is wonderful because the people there care about giving excellent service and meeting the customer's needs. I could not recommend them more highly.

New (used) bus and within 2 weeks we replaced wiring harness and new starter. That’s really concerning considering we are getting another bus in the spring. I think a 30 day warranty should be placed on every used bus sold.

They have sold us 2 buses that turned out to be lemons. When we asked for their help they basically said tough luck!!

We are happy with our purchase minus a few small problems. it would have been nice to have it pointed out that the Exterior Side Mirrors were manual and not electronic. Out Wheelchair Lift Rattles on smooth roads and makes a unbearable racket on bumpy roads.

Tesco has been excellent , when ordering bus parts. Tremendous help getting parts even if it's not a Tesco bus. They have helped us in many situations.

I come from a 35 year career in auto parts my last 3 years have been in a transit bus parts department so I have dealt with a great deal of parts people Jake has does a great job for us it is refreshing to deal with someone with great customer service as I have seen a huge lack of customer service with most vendors I have dealt with in the bus parts industry.

Great service, very knowledgeable of the industry standards, goes out of their way to find those hard to find parts!!!
