I ordered three rugs one came almost immediately and the other two took a bit of time but oh so worth the wait. My house looks beautiful now they just finish it off.

Lovely Rug
I am delighted with my rug from Teppana, it has already had lots of compliments. Everything went smoothly from buying to delivery. The company kept in touch at each stage to let me know what was happening, and the rug was delivered on time. If you're looking for a rug that is a bit different from the norm, then I would recommend this company.

Runner for kitchen
Teppana is a good company, kept well informed re delivery.
Lovely runner but a bit fiddly to set up with the thick underlay.(hence 4 stars) Instructions could be improved.
Runner doesn't show the dirt, spills dry up quickly, is easy to clean, looks good in our kitchen and keeps our feet warm instead of standing on cold tiles.

Service was good but disappointed with rug as it does not stay in place,I have it down on a carpet but every time someone walks on it it moves and wrinkles up making it a bit of a trip hazard

So happy with my new rug. The design is lovely, and the fact it is washable is an added bonus. This company was 5 stars from start to finish. Great communication, and delivery was on time. I can't fault them for anything. If you're looking for a rug that is a little bit unique from the norm then this is the company to buy from.

Bought a beautiful runner rug for kitchen. Delivery was prompt, well packaged. Rug is a lovely quality and the non slip mat holds it securely in place, even when vacuuming it! Seoul’s definitely buy again from this company.

I absolutely love my Teppana rug
I absolutely love my Teppana rug! It’s a beautiful design and good quality. The rug comes in two pieces, so I highly recommend taking the time to read the instructions before rolling it out.
A little bit pricey, but the excellent quality makes it well worth the investment.
Very happy with this purchase! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a durable yet stylish rug.

A bit ‘meh’
I was really excited to receive my carpet. However, at the price point I have to admit to being a bit disappointed with it. The finish doesn’t say premium and for the price paid I would have hoped it would. I was left a little underwhelmed if I’m honest. It did wash and dry as easily as advertised though, so that’s a plus.
