I ordered three rugs one came almost immediately and the other two took a bit of time but oh so worth the wait. My house looks beautiful now they just finish it off.

Lovely rug runner for our hall
Lovely rug runner for our hall. Arrived well packaged. Colours are great - look just like the online picture.
Excited that it is washable so ideal for a hallway.
Has stayed in place and lying nicely flat.

Purchased a rug on 08/11/25, still not received this item. Spoke to the rudest person ever in their customer services department on 22/11/25. Have sent 7 emails requesting a refund and still not received my money back.
Have now contacted my bank’s fraud department to try and get my money back.

Hi Denise, thanks for taking the time to share this — and I’m genuinely sorry this experience left you feeling so disappointed.
Teppana is a legitimate German company and we absolutely do not “scam” customers. In this case, the order was dispatched, but during the peak Black Friday/Christmas period shipments from Germany to the UK can take longer than usual because they must pass through customs clearance. That can unfortunately add delays that are outside of our direct control.
Regarding the customer service point: our team’s standard is to be polite and helpful at all times. We’re sorry you felt spoken to rudely — our intention was to explain the status of the shipment and the next steps consistently, based on the information available from the carrier at the time.
Because the order was cancelled after it had already shipped, we had to initiate an out-of-the-ordinary return/investigation process with UPS to locate and process the parcel. This takes time on the carrier side and isn’t the same as a normal delivery.
Most importantly: a full refund has already been issued. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to show on the original payment method.
We appreciate the feedback and are sorry we didn’t meet expectations here — we’re working to improve response times and communication during peak periods.
Stylish circular rug
The circular rug I ordered looks exactly as it does online. It took quite a while to arrive but my enquiry was dealt with quickly and effectively. The rug is slightly larger than the non-slip base which is in two separate halves. I’m hoping that the slight bumpy line down the middle where the two halves join will flatten in due course. The mid-century geometric design complements the age of my property and brightens the small hall.

Very dog friendly
Really pleased with the rug, fits in well in my old cottage. It’s great I can chuck it in the washing machine having three dogs. A bit slow on delivery but that would not put me off ordering again.

Definitely non-slip and look lovely
I wanted non-slip run for my kitchen and hall as i have a three-legged dog and it is important that she doesn't slip and fall.
There is a good range of patterns and they really do not slip even with an excited dog running along them.
And the colours are lovely and they wash well.

Good selection of choices
There was a good selection of colours and textures which helped. I do especially like that the rug can be cleaned so easily. I think I would opt for the thicker base in future as would feel better underfoot especially in winter - i have the rug on a wooden floor. Delivery was efficient and I am happy.
