Orion was very helpful and friendly. He talked me through all the options and was very quick and efficient when booking in our appointment and sending confirmation emails. A great start!

We hadn't used an online estate agency before but the whole experience has been incredibly straightforward and smooth despite a difficult market. Our main contact Andrei has been incredibly helpful guiding us through the process and has been brilliant about following up viewings for feedback and negotiating offers on our behalf. We've been kept informed throughout so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tepilo as a tremendous service with the bonus of a significant saving over our local agencies.

I definitely would recommend Tepilo. I had some concerns at first but got excellent support from the team especially Andre and Mervin at Tepilo. The team listened and reacted to feedback quickly and do work hard to meet/exceed the expectations. This is something that you may or may not receive with a high street estate agent, who these days use the same tools/techniques anyway, why pay so much more. Tepilo don't have the high charges. It does work. I sold my house with Tepilo, and the high street estate agents were continuously trying to get me to sell via themselves but telling I'd need to drop my price quite significantly to sell. Of course they would do that, since it would have sold far quicker, I'd have had higher estate agent fees and got far less for my house. But, I stuck with Tepilo and as with most negotiations, I met the buyers half way, (I had expected to), but sold much higher than recommended by high street agents and I was happy with outcome.

I tried to sell my property through Tepilo. It is an unusual flat and it needed to be marketted. I had 1 viewing during my 6 week stint with Tepilo. I purchased their premium package (which, to my surprise, did not include showing prospective buyers around). The photos were great, but over saturated and, despite my requests, were not toned down. After being ignored and no action on the viewings front, decided to bite the bullet and go with high street estate agents. After 5 weeks and 8 viewings later, I am now under offer. The difference was big. No wonder Tepilo charge you their fee whether they sell or not. RUBBISH!!

Just signed up with Tepilo through Orion and it was a simple procedure and well organised

Tepilo is the most impersonal way of buying and selling property. Negotiation by email is dreadful. Communication was poor (3 calls to arrange one viewing). I hated the robotic offer system of your offer is declined and the reason on the second decline was a copy/paste of the first. Dreadful do not use Tepilo just cos it’s cheap!!! I will avoid any properties using them now.

I would highly recommend using tepilo. I had the pleasure of working with Andrei Iorgu who dealt with everything in order for me to complete the sale of my property, from start to finish, in a very fast and efficient time. I really appreciate everything they have done for me and my family.

Sister in law thought they were good, unfortunately that has not been so with us!
From the start many publication promises were made, but only carried through with constant badgering. Now several months in with No Viewings, not only has our agent stopped responding to e mails and does not return calls to his personal voicemail, but 2 e mails and 4 phone calls have been ignored by customer service. Customer service guarantees a response in 3 days. 10 days and 4 phone calls....still waiting!
My advice based on our 2018 experience is go to someone else!
Like another review, Tepilo gets one star because there isn’t a way to put anything less! Trace us at CM0 8PP

Great transaction clear guidance.

Was a bit worried at first about Tepilo with it been an online estate agency and a fraction of the price of the regular estate agency. The online booking means you get a sms and a email when you have a viewing making it quick and easy to get people through the door. You get assigned your own personal sales advisor so you always have a familiar voice when discussing sales, ours was Hadya Noorzai who was just a pleasure to deal with who guided through the sale making things run smoothly what a star. Would recommend Tepilo to anyone and hope your lucky enough to get Hadya Noorzai as your sales advisor
