After years of insomnia and not falling asleep until about 4am, I’m now falling asleep most nights within an hour. A part of my sleep routine definitely here to stay and tastes lovely too.

I wanted to give them 4 stars because I found the ordered process a bit tricky (but this could be me!) so that just didn't seem fair. They appear to be quite a new company (?) and so far they are actually 5 STAR! I love their products and want to see more UK businesses doing well that are going the extra mile to offer us better "snack" type foods and drinks especially. I wish their products where in Supermakets and I am just happy that I found them before Dr. Tim Spector because I think he would have stolen the limelight! So far, I think their products are great, especially the free whisk that came with my first order (I've had these before and they were rubbish, this one is superb!)... So happy to have discovered their products!
I accidentally came across them in an article in "Cheshire Life" and bought the calm bars and sleep drink them for an event I was hosting about 'better sleep'. I was sceptical as so many of these types of snacks are full of hidden unwanted additives, and when they aren't, can be tasteless or weird texture, these were neither of those things. They have a great taste, the texture is what I would expect and I have even got a couple of friends that have tried them and have asked me to buy more so I can share. I wish they were available in more shops but in the meantime I will be ordering regularly. I can't say how they affect my sleep because I think so many variables affect sleep. I can say they are now my go to snack on the go or to put in my bag which has replaced a biscuit or regular flapjack (full of sugar and UPF) so that is only a great thing! Thank You.

A dreamy, oaty, melt in the mouth treat that relaxes my senses and calms me before I head off to bed :)

What a lovely chocolatey drink to end the day with & not sickly sweet like the supermarket versions. Just perfect and I actually do think I’m sleeping better for it. So very happy.

Tasty, low calorie warm night drink with ingredients which might help with reducing stress/ improve sleep

Well! I started this night drink and have been amazed that I have been experiencing some of the best nights sleep for long time. Gradually through the month I have felt a lot more in control of things regarding being more calm about things.
I don’t intend to go without this product and look forward to the luxury chocolate drink before bed.
I really would advise you to give it a go! Like I did and you will be surprised.

Not too sweet, good to know its not full of sugar and it actually aids in a good nights sleep - thank you will re-order again!

Tastes great and it really does work!
Tried the chocolate drink for a few nights and seriously had the best sleep in years. It's expensive to have every night but it works! Great company to deal with - fast responses to emails!

Absolutely loved the hot chocolate. Have just subscribed to get regular orders! It's a bit more money than usual night time drinks but so worth it. I am type 2 diabetic & it does'nt make my blood sugars spike. Highly recommend.

Decided to try these as an add on to my Ten PM hot chocolate night time drink. I love them! Not too sweet like many of the snack bars out there. A great top up for my low blood sugar when I'm out n about 👌🏽

Best Hot Chocolate
I literally cannot wait for my daily mug of hot cocoa! I was blown away at how utterly tasty this is, seriously, without the health benefits alone I’d choose this over any commercial hot chocolate!

I had a problem with my subscription but Leila at Ten PM replied really quickly and everything got resolved.

Concept is great and I am desperate to sleep. I’ve been an insomniac for over 10 years so was really keen on trying this. But the taste is nauseating! I couldn’t get past 5/6 sips! I tried the hot chocolate variety and it tastes disgusting. I’m not sure whether to try the other flavour……

Ten PM really works!
I start to feel drowsy and fall asleep within an hour of drinking my Night Drink. It really does work and seems to promote good quality, sound sleep. It also tastes good, I make mine with hot milk and whisk well. I thoroughly recommend!

Great taste and has really helped me sleep better! Replaced my usual decaf bedtime cup of tea for this. Mixing half water half milk makes a lovely creamy bedtime drink. Recommend using a whisk as it can clump a little with just stirring. Perfect! This will be part of bedtime routine from now on.

I will be placing a full order after the trial packet of chai latte. It’s one of the best teas I’ve had and really helps me relax after years of chronic insomnia.
